Three things can happen with sound in a space, it can bounce off walls and redirect the sound, it can transmit through thin walls, or it can be absorbed in acoustical material. Any space having sound reverberated or reflected sound problems will find acoustical panels their solution. At CoArt, we combine acoustics with art, making your acoustics beautiful and your art functional.

OUR ART WHAT MAKES OUR ART SPECIAL? Combining acoustics with art is how we take a technical solution and make it a beautiful addition to your interior design. At CoArt, we place a great deal of attention on making sure our art is made with quality and perfection in mind. Each collage holds layers of images that have been curated over decades capturing the most alluring textures, places, people, nature, and architecture. Our artists spend a lot of their time and attention making sure the smallest of details are faultless and that each custom artwork is made with your purpose in mind.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES

The aluminum extrusion system allows for quick installation and application of fabric, making interchangeability easy.
No matter the size of the panel, seamless fabric will be attached over the acoustical core material giving it a smooth, ongoing look.
Sound will pass the specialty fabric and be absorbed directly into the acoustical material, reducing echoes and reverberations to create a quieter space.
Each artwork is printed using a dye sublimation printing technique so that the dye is absorbed directly into the material providing long term durability and allowing it to be dry cleaned.
Made to be environmentally friendly, the acoustical core is made from 60% post-consumer content, predominantly recycled water bottles. The frame system is made from a variety of recyclable material.
No matter which system you choose for your art, we provide a reliable hanging system that will keep your artwork safely mounted or suspended.

THE COART METHOD
SOUND ABSORBTION Acoustical material consists of mineral fiber or fiberglass substrate with an acoustically sound-transparent fabric covering. The panels absorb sound rather than reflecting it, reducing echoes and reverberations to make it easier to hear what is being said or played. The panels can absorb 50% to 90% of the sound striking them, reducing noise not only within a space, but also between spaces.

CoArt provides full turnkey, concept to installation, service to every client. The process is very collaborative, and you will be involved from the initial discussion through edits and final installation. The key is to provide a final product that portrays the exact look, feel, and functionality fit for you.
SUPERIOR SOUND CONTROL Sound penetrates through the acoustically transparent fabric and is absorbed by the open-pore structure of the acoustical material. As a result, reverberation is greatly reduced decreasing overall noise level in the space.

WALL MOUNT PANEL HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL Not your ordinary wall art. As the most standard configuration, this system mounts your acoustical solution horizontally or vertically, creating any square or rectangular design that fits your interior. It can span up to 100 feet long and 10 feet high using seamless acoustical fabric and easy-to-install cleats.

CEILING SUSPENSION BAFFLE Double the art, double the fun. Our double-sided ceiling
baffles come with three distinct features: flexibility in length and width, suspended from ceilings, and the option of using two different art fabrics. With this option, you can create a very unique environment where you will see a particular art design that is dependent on where you are standing.

The art of privacy. This system will give you the perfect combination of
sound control and privacy and is best used suspended near glass walls or open spaces where acoustical issues are the most prominent. It can be made in both horizontal and vertical panels to the custom size that works best for your space, giving you the option of partial to full privacy. This double-sided configuration allows you to choose art that appeals to both sides.

MULTI-PANEL FLOATING SUSPENSION One panel, two panel, three panel, four. Take Acoustics, add a bit of privacy
and a lot of art, and you get the multi-panel floating solution. Create a divide that gives you just enough privacy without interfering in your open-space design. This configuration gives you creative room to choose the number of panels floating and the art that will go on each double-sided panel.

CEILING CLOUD PANEL Look up to the clouds. Need an acoustical solution without taking
up space? The ceiling cloud panels are the perfect option for you. This configuration, commonly in smaller square or rectangular sizes, simply hovers over your space absorbing sound. We have created subtle art designs that complement these panels to avoid a busy atmosphere.

It’s your move. Light, movable and freestanding – the diver panel is a convenient option for those that do not want to commit their acoustical panel to any specific area. It is also a great option to create a divide within spaces, such as lobbies and workstations. The acoustical panels’ eco-centric design embraces the economic and practical constraints of materials, processes and technology without sacrificing eco-efficiency.

Every acoustical panel is environmentally friendly even after the life of the product. The system is ASTM E 84, Class A fire rated material. Core material is dust free, contains no irritating fibers, and does not promote mildew. Core material is free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including formaldehyde.
