If you are concerned that your circumstances may change or you decide village life is not for you after you move in, rest assured with our Peace of Mind Guarantee.

If you move out for any reason within the first three months of your lease commencing, we’ll refund your ingoing contribution and waive your exit fee and exit administration fee.*

All you’ll pay is the general service fees and maintenance reserve fund contribution for the duration of your stay, any costs connected with the termination of your lease and the cost of repairing any damage above fair wear and tear, if any.
