DTI DAVAO DEL SUR 2020 ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND MILESTONES
MESSAGE FROM THE PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR
Greetings of peace! The year 2020 was, indeed, a very challenging year for everyone because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has not only affected people's health but it has also impacted our economy and livelihood. But as they say, crisis breeds opportunities. It has given us a time to reflect and rethink our purpose. It has given a sharper focus on what really matters and what is essential. For DTI Davao del Sur, we were made to come up of strategies on how to continue delivering services to our clients amidst all the constraints. We thank all our partners and clients who have supported us in all our programs, activities and projects. Our 2020 Accomplishments and Milestones are testaments that we can overcome any challenge if we work together. May 2021 be a better year for all of us. Let us continue to work together in boosting our country's economic recovery and move towards a "better normal." Together, let us heal as one.

The event, which was primarily held in Crisbel Crown Center in Digos City, also had satellite venues in Sta. Cruz and Bansalan. It was also streamed live in Facebook and via Zoom. Furthermore, the activity became a venue for the Provincial SME Development (PMSMED) Council, through Resolution No. 20-02, to endorse Davao del Sur as the Coffee Capital of Region 11. In his Message of Support, Governor Cagas said that the Provincial Government of Davao del Sur commits to support the coffee industry.
