The event also hoped to foster and strengthen the bond and relationship among the leaders and employees of the MSG and OSEC, promoting a harmonious working environment between the two groups and with the other groups as well. Genesis1 Training Services Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Alfred Hans T. Yap facilitated the session using Structured Learning Exercises (SLEs), a method designed to encourage the participants to reflect, focus, express ideas and insights, and become engaged throughout the learning process in an effective and enjoyable manner. Defined as the values and behavior in an organization where it contributes to the social and psychological environment in a workplace, organizational culture is based on the organization's expectations, experiences, philosophy, and values that influence the productivity and performance of the employees and the organization as a whole.

Participants are grouped into two teams as part of the activities that included planning and strategizing, which helped them work effectively and efficiently.

Activities emphasizing the importance of proper feedback, strategy, communication and coordination transpired during the three-hour session. According to Yap, the intention was to make the participants more efficient and effective by giving them better results in accomplishing desired outcome. #
