BDT releases Food Source Book The Bureau of Domestic Trade (BDT) released its latest publication, “Metro Manila Food Manufacturing Source Book: A Guide Book for SMEs.” It was launched during the Sikat Pinoy National Food Fair (NFF) Piling-piling Pagkaing Pilipino, held at the SM Megatrade Halls 1-3 of SM Megamall in August last year. The publication aimed to help micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food manufacturing sector to look for sources of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and services for their operations. The 2013 edition is an update of the 2005 issue and covers sources in Metro Manila only. Limited copies are also available for sale at BDT for P200.00 each.
