Emirates Golf Club hosted the Rest of the World vs Asia Matchplay competition which saw 51 golfers compete on the Majlis course.

The biggest match win comes from Christopher Othen and Kristen Blomeley, who beat their opponents 7&5. Congratulations to Team Asia on your excellent team performance!

The winning team with a stomping 11.5 points was team Asia. Rest of the World found tough opponents only managing to get 3.5 points on the day. Despite the big difference in points, the games between the two sides where extremely tight with four of the games going the entire length. However, some very strong performances from team Asia.

Longest drive on hole 8 was won by our 2022 Lady Captain Amarjeet Radia. Longest drive on hole 12 was won by Paul Byrne. Nearest to the pin on hole 4 was won by Amit Radia. Nearest to the pin on hole 7 was won by Ahmed Al-Hayderi. Nearest to the pin on hole 11 was won by Noemy Bertuol. Nearest to the pin on hole 15 was won by Tej Chhabra. Straightest drive on hole 3 was won by David Phillips. Straightest drive on hole 10 was won by Maneesh Dungarwal.
