Job growth for HR specialists will increase 7% throughout the next decade, as projected by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. HR professionals say that the three biggest challenges facing HR executives over the next 10 years are retaining and rewarding the best employees (59%), developing the next generation of corporate leaders (52%), and creating a corporate culture that attracts the best employees to organizations (36%), according to data from SHRM. Professionals in the field will need to address these issues effectively and efficiently in the coming years. The Society of Human Resource Management anticipates an expanded job market for HR professionals, according to their Jobs Outlook Survey. HR jobs that deal directly with employees are expected to rise thanks to a growing U.S. economy. Our graduates hold positions such as Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Senior HR Business Partner, Corporate Director of Learning and Development, and HR Manager.
