DELIVERY: Because all of our items are custom made in the United States, delivery of your product will take 8-10 weeks from date of order. We know this seems like a long time, but please remember each item is custom made for your sweet Dude & Diva. We appreciate your patience. Orders will not be considered “received� until full payment has been made. REFUNDS: Due to the custom nature of our items, refunds will not be accepted. We will accept exchanges up to 14 days after receipt of shipment for errors, manufacturing defect, or size. We will not accept exchanges for a different fabric or style choice. No exchanges will be made on personalized items unless there is an error on our part. If an item has been worn or washed, no exchange will be approved. DISCONTINUED FABRIC: From time to time, we do experience discontinuation in fabrics. This is not in our control, but we will contact you and you may choose another fabric for your exchange.
