In this interactive two-day workshop, participants will explore and discover successful practices for advancing family business Through classroom and experiential learning activities, you will gain the skills and knowledge to improve family systems and family-relational dynamics . The workshop will also prepare you for continued success through succession and wealth planning.

Globally-recognized practitioners, renowned professors and family business owners will guide you, sharing their experiences and inspiring new ways of thinking. With time for personal reflection and peer bonding, this three-day workshop is valuable for all members of a multigenerational family business.

Richa Singh

The Family Business Consulting Group

Richa is a consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group, specializing in conflict resolution, communication, organizational behavior and human resources Her experience includes educating and creating awareness amongst business families, facilitating family meetings, designing structures and creating and implementing family charters Her most recent work and area of interests are Legacy conversations around values, family philosophy and succession She is an Adjunct faculty for the Bailey Program for Family Enterprise at the University of Denver, and is a global family enterprise consultant

Brannon Fischer, CFP® Principal, Simon Quick Advisors

Brannon serves as financial advisor to his family office and is a member of the finance committee at the Ball Brothers Foundation. He is based in Denver, Colorado, and has diverse educational background with a Bachelor's from Colgate University and a Master's in Education from the University of Colorado, followed by an MBA from Dominican University of California After teaching in El Salvador and working in admissions and fundraising in California, Brannon and his family returned to Boulder in 2017, where he worked at Branzan Investment Advisors, and then transitioned to Simon Quick Advisors as a Director in 2019.
