We’ve added His Majesty King Charles’ favourite whisky to our three-day sweet cured premium pork to create this delicious whisky-pulled pork. We then cook low and slow for fifteen hours. The resulting texture is moist and tender with a distinctly smoky flavour, which will pair exceptionally well with Laphroaig 10-year old.

Simply reheat it in the oven, and then tease it apart with two forks for a delicious and versatile meal in minutes.

Coronation Potted Pork Terrine

Our special Coronation Potted Pork Terrine is a tasty, moist and tender treat that will delight your taste buds.

The finest ham hock and premium pork collar are combined through our traditional Wiltshire cure process and then slow-cooked for 12 hours to ensure the pork is tender and moist. The tender pork is hand-pulled and combined with onions, carrots, black pepper, a dash of brandy and our delectable Coronation Sauce to deliver an additional fruity and sweet, lightly curried flavour. Best eaten at room temperature.
