2-B

MINI PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Ingredients: 1 Cup flour 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice ½ Teaspoon baking soda ½ Teaspoon baking powder ¼ Teaspoon salt 1 Cup packed light brown sugar ¼Vegetable oil 1 Can 100% pure pumpkin 2Large eggs, lightly beaten 1Cup low fat granola cereal Preparation: -

Preheat oven to 175ªC paper-line or grease mini-muffins pans. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat sugar and oil in mixer bowl until blended. Add pumpkin and eggs; beat well. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Spoon batter in to prepare muffins cups, filling 2/3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into censers comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, and wait until it cools completely. Store muffins in covered containers on sealable plastic bags.


3-B SANDWICH INGREDIENTS -Ham -Chesee -Butter -2 slices of bread HOW TO COOK IT 1-First, take two slices of bread. 2-Then, spread the butter on them. 3-Next, put the cheese and the ham between the two slices of bread. 4-Finally, eat the sandwich. It´s delicious!

POTATOES WITH HUANCAINA SAUCE Ingredients: 10 medium potatoes 1 pound of cheese 2 small hot peppers 1 cup of evaporated milk ½ cup vegetable oil 1 garlic clove Salt and pepper 3 hard cooked eggs Some black olives

How to cook it:

Cook and peel potatoes and let them cool. In a blender, blend the cheese, milk, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. The sauce should be fairly thick. Lay a bed of lettuce in a serving dish and place the potatoes. Top cover the potatoes with the sauce. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and place on top of the potatoes. Add black olives This dish can be served slightly cold.


SCRAMBLED EGGS Ingredients: Eggs Cheese Salt Butter Beef Chopped Bread Hot to cook it: First put a frying pan and put the butter on it until it melts. Then put the eggs on the frying pan and the cheese. Cut the beef in little slices and put the salt. Fry all together for 2 or 3 minutes. Eat the scrambled eggs with bread.

6-B French Toast Ingredients: - Bread - 2 litres of milk - A stick of cinnamon - Flour - Eggs - Poured cinnamon

Instructions: A day-old bread cut into slices. Put in a pan a couple of litres of milk with a cinnamon stick and sugar to boil. In a large tray, put the bread, letting a couple of hours to soak. Then batter with flour and egg and fry the bread. Each is poured sugar and cinnamon.

INGREDIETS:

1-Bar of chocolate Corn flakes INSTRUCTIONS:

-Cut the chocolate into pieces and put them in a bowl. -Put the bowl with the chocolate in the microwave until it is melted. -Mix the chocolate with the corn flakes. -Put cooking paper on a plate. -Make small mountains of the mixture. -Put the mountains on the plate. -Put the plate in the fridge until they are cold and hard.

Christmas cookies Ingredients: -1cup butter (at room temperature) -1/4 cup sifted flour -1 cup sugar -1 egg -1/2 teaspoon salt -2 teaspoon vanilla Follow these easy steps: - Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl with the electric mixer for five minutes, until it becomes fluffy. - Add the egg, the salt and the vanilla.Mix again. - Add the flour and keep mixing until it becomes stiff dough. - Put the dough in plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for two hours. - Roll the dough on a surface and cut into different shapes using cookie cutters. - Place the cookies on a baking thay and bake them at maximum temperature until they become brown on they edges, usually fifteen minutes. - Wait until they are cold, and if you like, you can decorate them with coloured icing - You can also make a hole on the cookies before baking them, pass a short piece of wool through in and hang them from the Christmas tree.

FRIED EGGS

Ingredients: Salt Oil Eggs

How to cook them: Put the oil in the frying pan. When it is hot, break the eggs and put them into the oil. Then, put some salt on top. Fry the eggs for 2 or 3 minutes. You can serve them with chips.

SPANISH OMELET Ingredients: 6 potatoes ½ onion 5 eggs Oil Preparation:

1 Cut the potatoes into little pieces . 2 Peel and cut the onion . 3 In a frying pan with oil , put the potatoes and onion aud fry until smooth for about 10 minutes . 4 Beat the eggs . 5 Put the potatoes into the eggs mixture . 6 Take the mixture into a frying pan with a little oil and cook it for about 3 minutes each side .

German Apple Cake Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 eups white sugar 2 teaspoons ground cimanon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon banking soda 4 cups apples peeled cored and diced Directions: - Preheat oven to 200 degrees grease and flour the cake dish - In a mixing bowl beat oil and eggs with an electric mixer until creamy add the sugar and vanilla and beat well. - Combine the flour salt baking soda and ground cinnamon together in a boul slowly add this mixture to the eggs mixture and mix until conbined the batter will be very thick fald in the apples by hand using a wooden spoon spread batter into the prepared pan. - Bake at 200c for 45 minutes. Let cake cool. When the cake is cool, serve with a dusting of confectioners sugar or with chocolate.

PANCAKES Ingredients: Milk Flour Eggs Jam Chocolate Instructions: - First beat the eggs and add the milk and beat again. - Add the flour and beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes. - Before the first pancake place a slice of butter, melt and move the pan until butter covers the surface well. - Pour a ladle of this mixture into the pan and cook it both sides. - Then you can fill them with jam or chocolate.


13-B

HAKE IN GREEN SAUCE Ingredients: -Four slices of hake -Two cloves of garlic -A little flour -Oil -White wine -Parsley

Preparation:

-Put oil and garlic in a casserole to brown. -Then put a little flour with white wine, a little water and salt. -Next when all these ingredients are boiling put the hake and finely cut parsley. -Leave it for 2 or 3 minutes.

Strawberry cake Ingredients: 1 packet of dry cake mix 1 packet of strawberry gelatine 1 cup of water ½ cup of oil 4 egg whites ½ cup mashed strawberries Whipped cream How to cook it: Put in a bowl the dry cake mix, gelatine powder, water and oil. Beat all together for about 4 minutes. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Pour the strawberries and the egg whites into the cake batter and mix it well. Put it all in a baking dish and bake it at 180ºC for about 30 minutes. Cool for 10 m. before removing from pan. Cover the cake with whipped cream and decorate it with some strawberries

SPAGUETTI WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients: -

500 gr. spaghetti 2 litres of water 200gr tomato sauce Salt

Preparation

1- Cook the spaghetti with water and salt for about 10 minutes. 2- Remove the water and put the spaghetti in a pot. 3- Serve the tomato sauce over the spaghetti.

CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients: -

Condensed milk Liquid cream Philadelphia cheese Gelatin Water

Instructions: - Mix the condensed milk with the cream and the philadelphia cheese. - Dissolve the gelatin in a cup of boiling water and stir and toss the whole mixture. - Mix everything then place it in the pan and cover before the base muffins and albal paper.

PERICO EGGS Ingredients: onion eggs oil butter. How to cook it: -

First put some oil in a fruing pan. cut the onion into pieces. fry the onion. beat the eggs and fry them with the onion. add some butter to the mixture. cook it for 6 or 7 minutes.

TRIFLE INGREDIENTS: -Some strawberries -Some dry cake -Some jelly -Some jam -Some custard -Some water -Some thick cream -Some chocolate How to cook it: Put some jam on the cake. Cut the cake into pieces. Put the cake and some strawberries in a bowl. Prepare the jelly with hot water. Put the jelly in the bowl. Put the bowl in the fridge. When the jelly is solid, put some custard on the jelly. Put some cream on the custard. Decorate the trifle.

POTATO OMELETE Ingredients: -

4 potatoes 6 eggs 1 onion salt olive oil

How to cook it: -

cut the potatoes and the onion into small pieces. put oil in a frying–pan and when it is hot, add the chopped potato and onion. while the potatoes are cooking, beat the eggs in a bowl mix the potatoes with the beaten eggs and cook it in a frying-pan on both sides until brown

Rabbit with potatoes Ingredients: -

One rabbit without organs or head 6 medium-sized potatoes Thyme Olive oil Salt

How to cook it: First, light the oven to 190ยบ and put the rabbit in it for 20min with some oil, salt and thyme on it. Next, peel the potatoes and put them in the oven around the rabbit for the 25min. Finally, put the potatoes and the rabbit on the plate and enjoy your meal!

Fried chicken Ingredients: -One chicken -Salt -Oil How to cook it: - First cut the chicken into pieces and add some sal. - Then fry the pieces until they are brown. - Finally, put the fried chicken on a plate and serve it with salad or chips.

How to cook it: First make the dough Then Put some tomato sauce After put some pieces of ham and cheese on top Finally, put the pizza in the oven for about 30m

RUSSiAN SALAD Ingredients: 4 Potatoes 5 Eggs 2 tins of tuna fish 1/2 jar of mayonnaise 3 red peppers Some olives

How to cook it: -First boil the potatoes and the eggs. -When they are cold, cut them into pieces. -Add the tuna fish, the peppers, the olives and the mayonnaise. -Finally decorate the salad with some olives and red peppers.

Rice with tomato sauce Ingredients: -4O0gr of rice -1 litre of water -Salt -1 can of fried tomato sauce

How to make it: -First, put 1 litre of water in a pan. When the water is boiling add a little salt. -Then, add the rice. Let it cook for about 20 minutes. -When the rice is cooked, strain it and put the rice on a plate. -Finally, put the tomato sauce on top of the rice.

PAELLA Ingredients: 2 kg pork into pieces. 4 chicken breasts into chunks. 3 kg of shrimp. 2 kg of boiled octopus. 3 kg of clam. 5 sausages 1 Kg cocktail sausage. 1 kg of cooked peas. 1 kg of green beans. 4 artichokes half. 4 kg of rice. 1 liter of oil. 3 sachets of saffron. How to make it: In the pan fry the pork for 10 to 15 minutes, add the chicken breast, then leave another 5 minutes, and then add all the seafood, put the sausages, chorizo, rice and water. Put water and the three envelopes of saffron, salt previously milled with a wooden mortar and dissolve in water and the vegetables accommodated with halved artichokes, cover with water and boil 30 to 45 minutes.

HOT CHOCOLATE WITH STRAWBERRIES Ingredients:

1 Bar of chocolate 16 strawberries

How to cook it:

-Put the chocolate in a bowl and in the microwave. -When it is melted, put it in 4 glasses. -Before it gets cold, put the strawberries into the chocolate. -And enjoy it!!!!!!!

OMELETTE WITH CHEESE Ingredients: 2-eggs Some oil 1 piece of cheese Some salt

How to cook it:

-

First you have to split the eggs then beat them. Add some cheese to the mixture. Add some salt. Then put it all in the frying pan. When it is cooked on one side, turn over the omelette.

Easter torrijas Ingredients:

1 loaf of bread from the previous day 1 liter of whole milk 3 tiles sugar (or honey if you prefer) 1 stick cinnamon 3-4 eggs Sunflower oil or other insipid oil for frying Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling instructions

How to cook it: Cut the bread into 1 inch slices (slightly diagonal) Put all the milk in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick and bring to a boil. Take the cinnamon, out and then pour the milk on the bread and let soak for one hour. Beat the eggs in a plate large enough to hold at least one torrija. Heat the oil in a large frying pan that can hold several torrijas at the same time. Then dip the slices into the hot oil. Fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side until brown. Served them on a plate. Add sugar and cinnamon on top. Try not to pile them up while warm. Enjoy them warm or cold.


10-A RICE SALAD Ingredients: -2 cups of rice -1 tin of tuna fish -1 bag of olives -ham -2 eggs -mayonnaise How to cook it:

-Boil the rice in water for 25 minutes when it is cooked, drain it, and leave it on a plate to cool. -boil the eggs for 10 minutes, and leave it on plate to cool. Peel them and cut them in to small pieces. -cut the ham into small pieces. -put in a big bowl the rice, the pieces of egg, and the pieces of ham the tuna fish The olives and the mayonnaise and mix it well. It is delicious.


11-A

Pasta with tomato sauce and mince meat Ingredients: - 1/2 kilo of pasta (spaghetti) - Quarter kilo to tomato sauce - Quarter to beef mince meat

How to make it: -First boil the pasta. Drain it, and leave it on a plate. -Then chop the onion and put it in a sauce pan. -Then add the tomato sauce and when it is hot, mix with the pasta -Next fry the mince meat for three minits. -Finally mix everything (pasta, tomato sauce, onion and the mince) -Put it in a plate and eat it ENJOY YOUR MEAL !!!!

RICE WITH MILK Ingredients: -1 Litre of milk -150g of rice -200g o sugar -Stick cinnamon -2 slices of lemon skin How to cook it: -boil the milk in a pot with the stick cinnamon and the 2 slices of lemon skin and the sugar -When the mix starts boiling add the rice anol the rice anol let it boiling around 20-25 minutes -Finally remove the mix of the heat and let it cool

GAZPACHO INGREDIENTS -1kg red ripe tomato -Half kilo of small green peppers -Quarter of cucumber -100grs bread from the previous day -Quarter of onion -3 cloves of garlic -1 hundred ml. olive oil -1 stream of vinegar -Salt -Quarter litre of water HOW TO MAKE IT First, cut up the onions, the peppers, the cucumber and the cloves of garlic. Then, put the bread and the water together and mix it with the vegetables. Next, throw the oil, the sat, the vinegar and grind with the mixer all the ingredients. Finally put in the fridge to cool.

SPANISH OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS: -

4 potatoes size medium 6 eggs 1 oil

HOW TO COOK IT: First wash and cut the potatoes into slices.Once the oil to heat because they add the potatoes, adding a’litle salt and fry.When they are golden depart and it´s important that the oil drain in a colander. Next beat the eggs with a little salt and once beaten add the potatoes, mixing well with the beaten eggs. And finally, put the mixture into a saucepan and fry it on both sides, turning over the plate.

STRAWBERRIES WITH CREAM

.INGREDIENTS: -Some Strawberries. -Some cream.

HOM TO COOK IT -

First clean with water the strawberries. Then put the strawberries in a bowl. Then pour cream on top of the strawberries. Keep the bowl in the fridge until cool. They are delicious.

Potatoes omelette Ingredients: -

4 eggs 3 potatoes 1 onion some oil

How to make it:

To make the omelette you will need to cut some potatoes into thin slices. You should also cut some onion into strips. Put the potatoes and onion in a pan with hot oil, keep the heat low. Add a little salt. Let the potatoes and onions cook slowly. Next beat the eggs with a little salt and once beaten add the potatoes, mixing well with the beaten eggs. And finally, put the mixture into a saucepan and fry it on both sides, turning over the plate.

Ham and cheese pizza INGREDIENTS: -A round bread -Ham -Cheese -Tomato

HOW TO COOK IN: 1-First you spread tomato on the circle bread. 2-Put some cheese on the top. 3-Then add some ham. 4-Put in the oven the pizza for about 20 minutes. 5-Finally take out the pizza from the oven.
