Ingredients
Country Range fries of your choice
1 Red Chilli
1 Green Chilli
1 Spring Onion
Salt and Pepper
Chilli Flakes
Method:
1) Finely chop the chillies and spring onion and stir fry with the chilli flakes and salt and pepper.
2) Deep fry your favourite Country Range fries.
3) Add the stir-fried mixture into a bowl and toss the fries through it making sure they are fully coated.
4) Serve the fries with a Country Range sauce of your choice.
