Nestled in a valley beneath the wild and breathtaking Cairngorms mountain range in the Highlands of Scotland, the Cairngorm Gin Company was established in 2019. As one of Scotland’s progressive micro-distilleries, they passionately distil and bottle their small batch premium spirit using only the finest botanicals and crystal clear water from the River Spey. Owner and distiller Jack Smith has a unique approach to flavour with his background as a chef. Having worked alongside a number of leading Michelin-star chefs, but with a deepening passion for Scottish gin, an idea formed to create a premium gin that truly captured the essence of the stunning Highland environment he’d grown up in.
All his gins are small batch and the range now has four products, each with their own distinct personality, in many ways representing the journey from the top to the base of the Cairngorm Mountain. The coming year will bring a number of exciting new developments for the Cairngorm Gin Company and the local area.

This year, The Glasgow Distillery are celebrating 10 Years of Whisky Making.
Founded by two friends, this is an independently-owned and independentlyminded team working to the principles of Authenticity, Transparency, and Accessibility across everything they do.
Their flagship product is the Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky. A range of single malts that showcase not one but three completely different styles of production, across double distilled, triple distilled, and peated whiskies. These three styles inform their award-winning Signature Range.
The small team of 16 spirit lovers also create a portfolio of flavour-packed products across gin, vodka, and rum. These character-rich brands are each inspired by a story rooted in their city’s heritage and history.
At The Glasgow Distillery, we make three different styles of single malt each year. These three styles allow us to produce a core range that celebrates versatility in flavour, all from one contemporary urban producer.

Highland Park has a new look, inspired by the natural beauty and creative spirit of its Orkney island home.
For Highland Park, everything comes back to Orkney – from how we craft our whisky, to how it gets its distinctive and award winning heathered peat taste, to its incredible community of people who do things their own way.
The contemporary design will be rolled out across Highland Park 12, 15 and 18-year-old Single Malt Scotch whiskies from October 2024. No change to the award-winning liquid we have been creating for over 200 years.

Boyd has recently joined the Lochlea team, taking on the prestigious role of Master Blender. Bringing her passion and expertise to Lochlea, Jill leads the creation of all new Lochlea whiskies while maintaining the distillery’s award-winning spirit standards. Originally from Elgin, Jill is an award-winning blender who previously worked at William Grant & Sons as a Laboratory Analyst, before joining Compass Box as Whisky Maker and Brand Ambassador. In 2020 she was awarded the title of Master Blender of the Year at the Scottish Icons of Whisky Awards.
On joining Lochlea, Jill adds: “There’s such a buzz about Lochlea and the team, it’s so exciting to have the chance to be part of the distillery’s long-term story. Knowing that I can work to shape the future of their whiskies is an honour. The team are so generous with their knowledge and paired with the beautiful whisky they produce it was such an incredible opportunity.”
Lochlea Distillery is set on the scenic grounds of Lochlea Farm. Rooted in Scottish history, we are very proud that Robert Burns called Lochlea his home from 1777 to 1784. Every Lochlea whisky is made using barley grown just a stone’s throw from our stills, including our ongoing core single malt ‘Our Barley’ and our annual Cask Strength batches.
Over the past 3 years, we have also released ‘crops’ of limited-edition seasonal whiskies, which showcase the signature Lochlea character in 4 different styles each year. As a working farm, these releases signify the annual cycle of sowing, harvest, fallow and ploughing here at Lochlea. Our highly anticipated Ploughing Edition (Third Crop), which launches in March 2025, will mark the end of the trilogy.
Our limited-edition seasonal releases showcase the signature Lochlea character in four different styles. As a working farm growing our own barley, these releases signify the annual cycle of what we do here at Lochlea.

• Crafted with precision, the Arabica blend is roasted, grinded, carefully weighed out and then steeped for 22 hours in filtered spring water to ensure the best quality cold brew extraction
• Following filtration, the liquid undergoes a 6 week maceration with organic French Winter Wheat alcohol, reaching 25% ABV
• The final touch involves the inclusion of the blend of sugars, resulting in a rich, gourmet, smooth liqueur that will delight coffee lovers
