This will provide a clear and efficient method of communicating for everyone and will nurture a confident and clear standard for everyone at DurhamNet.
Brand Essence Confidence delivered by the heart-felt belief that DurhamNet deliver targeted technology solutions – not corporate driven packages.

Positive about the future and able to deliver high speed internet access for all; and are prepared, supported and able to deliver not only the vision but the reality of amazing cutting edge products. The brand must reflect a smouldering confidence and unflinching calm attitude to an ever evolving future . . . For staff With the cornerstones of heritage and envelope pushing knowledge, we embody the future of ICT support and use innovation experience to bear on customer problems – not to supply blindly for shallow short term gain – but to understand the problems and anticipate possible future needs of the customer. Maintaining Identity Correct use of brand should be clear and accessible for all, this will ensure that the correct use of the brand can be implemented with minimum disruption and training. Outsourced design and print suppliers should be fully aware of design guidelines (fonts, colours and style) and have printed and understood hard copies of the Brand Guideline booklet. Professional Letterheads, Compliment Slips, Fax sheets and other Durhamnet material must be used without fail for external communication. When printing out letters or other official communication - the DurhamNet font (Arial) must be used - this font has been specifically chosen for its clarity and availibility in Print, Web Design and Microsoft Office applications.
