COvER STRIPS Cover strips are an easy way to add style and polish to your flooring. They conceal unwanted gaps and give a finished appearance, while also functioning as decorative and durable thresholds. The Dione cover strip selection includes several different sizes as well as material and colour options to choose from. Dione cover strips can be installed using either screws, glue, self-adhesive Elasticfix-fastening, under rails or nail plugs. The most suitable installation method is determined by the purpose of use and by the type of the flooring.

inStallation of tile triMS Tile trims protect the outer corners of the tiling and conceal the clay edge while simultaneously giving a clean, polished look. Using tile trims also makes tiling easier and quicker.

First tile one wall and then install the tile trim to the mortar.

Tile the wall so that the edge of the trim is at the same level as the tiles.

Seal the tiling to complete the outer corner. The extra sealing material must be washed off immediately of the tiletrim as it is highly corrosive.

PLASTIC tile triMS Dione plastic tile trims are made of hard PVC-plastic. The durable material is perfectly suited for the moist conditions and daily use of the bathroom. The trims are finished off with an elegant polished surface that matches perfectly with the glaz-ing on the tiles. The selection of plastic tile trims includes 8, 10, 11, 12 and 15 mm trims.

Steel cover plate is painted in white and matte. The cover plate edges are rounded and edgings, and have a diameter of 4 cm in the mounting holes. Cover plates are protected by a transparent protective film that prevents scratching during transportation. The film is easily removed during installation.

inStallation inStrUctionS for floorinG profileS There are many ways to install Dione profiles: screws, glue, Elastixfix-fastening, plugs, and under rails. Choose the most suitable installation method according to your flooring material.

GLUE Fixing glue is applied on a clean, non-porous surface and the profile is pressed into place. Removing the profile for a few seconds and then reattaching

SCREWS Screws are the most traditional installation method. Scew-adhesive Dione profiles are packed with matching screws to ensure a perfect fit.

ELASTICFIX-FASTENING Installing profiles with Elasticfixfastening is quick and easy: just cut the profile to size, remove the protective cover and press the profile in its place.

NAIL PLUG SYSTEM To install the nail plug system 5 mm holes are drilled into the movement joint in a straight line. Metallic nails are then pushed into the middle groove of the trim.

UNDER RAIL When installing under rail profies the separate under rail is first fixed into thefloor with screws or glue simultaneously with the flooring material. The top strip is attached after the flooring has been installed.
