Purpose:

As part of its structured product range, NEOLUX LED lighting solutions wants to build a dedicated offering based on LED projectors and luminaires for lighting landscaped areas. Particularly visible and attractive, it should become the benchmark for professional prescribers and installers. Goal: Customize the guide by emphasizing especially the rendering of customers projects and the lighting effects. Project : Set up a product database perfectly structured and easy to keep up to date with useful information (editorial content, visuals, technical drawings, pictograms). Make available information both in print (direct mail, events, fairs) and digital (online version, shared on many professional portals, flash code to download data sheets).

Purpose: Kronos Inc. acquired Captor company in June 2007. The midmarket approach in the US is different from the one in Western Europe. Objective: Help Kronos to develop a marketing plan for fiscal year 2008 for its mid-market solution. Key questions will be able to help in analyzing: the profile of buyers, the decision cycle, issues, trends pre packaged vs custom solution, preferences in purchasing patterns for a solution, the IT environment, purchase criteria. Project : Develop a questionnaire (36 questions based on a qualification principle), select providers for renting contacts database and perform the mass e-mailing, design the e-mailing, analyze answers, integrate contacts within the CRM for tracking business opportunities.

Purpose: Kronos wants to introduce its “large accounts" solution on French market in late 2009 - early 2010. Kronos is not known in the market within Western Europe, particularly in France.

Objective: Provide visibility and notoriety for Kronos in this market. I contacted the HR software expertise firm best known in France (CXP), and coordinated with an HR analyst a project to highlight the strengths of the company and its solution. Project: Present the solution through a major theme of the moment (constraint scheduling), provide functional and company information, illustrate and summarize the benefits based on customer testimonials, obtain the opinion of the CXP analysis.
