Besides, I conceive that the fundamental for any idea is harmony with the site and has a footprint that distinguishes the building from the others. DESCRIPTION Project was renovated for a couple and their little daughter.The owner expected that their home will be neat and simple,but also have a convenient life. We brought all of public spaces to the front and left the private spaces behind.Extending space to make space continuous, connecting people together. At the first, we conceived the main idea to create many different layers of spaces to stratify them.This idea “layers” was also showed clearly through its furniture which was design simultaneously by architects.We made furniture as storages and throughout the years, the house can get more stuff but it is still neat and tidy because of these “storages”. RENOVATION PROJECT NGHI HOUSEI TAMAARCHITECTS I 2020
DESCRIPTION Project was renovated for a young couple living near their parent’s house in a modern city. Owner looked for a house will be modern and convenient. Architects organized spaces in the right size enough for use and made use of the remainder of the house. The house was bisected for private and public space. All of the furniture was designed to match to spaces and make spaces brighter and wider. DESCRIPTION Project was designed for a young couple. Owner expected that their home will be minimal, modern to differ from the other houses in neighbourhood. I proposed a plan for all of the spaces that were separated by its furniture instead of walls to extend spaces wide as much as possible.I conceived to make the sequence of spaces looking at the atrium. I learned the pitched roof from the traditional house surrounding to develop and make it different and harmonized to the site. DESCRIPTION The project was designed as a multi-place that people can come to play, learn, interact and connect together. I conceived that the center is the connection between the rusticity of traditional architecture and the strength and simplicity of modern architecture. I proposed the inner spaces of the center will be opened and continuous as a river flow, implying the many different cultures flowing in a river. Whereas, the outer beauty will be carved by the sharpness of traditional beauty. The center will symbolize the modern city and be as a sculpture among the city.
