High Street has long been one of my favourite streets in Hermanus – packed with speciality shops, inspiring art galleries, and lovely eateries and restaurants, what’s not to love?

It might not be on the waterfront, but with the sewerage upgrade and paving works nearing completion, High Street’s potential as a pedestrianised shopping destination is starting to reveal itself.
