01 RESIDENCE DESIGN The main concept of the project was to create the illusion of a ship floating on water hence the form and plans were influenced by the basic form of a ship. The front porch acts as the deck of the ship which offers a pleasant gathering spot and outdoor dining. A greater massing of plants is done to make it more aesthetically pleasing and to soften the harsh lines of the building.

02 HIGH-RISE BUILDING The project is a mix-use high rise building accomodating a call centre, an agriculture office and an auction house. No. of floors: G+13 The building form is inspired from a spring which allows maximum cutouts thus promoting wind flow through the building. This also limits the use of HVAC systems to just the offices and not the corridors etc. Each floor consists of a large open area which acts as a gathering spot for the employees.

03 RESEARCH INSTITUTE The proposed project is a Cyborg and Artificial Intelligence Research Institute with a rehabilitation centre for prosthesis. The whole idea behind the design is mainly focused on the security of the students and faculty members which is created by visually connected spaces and limited vehicular movement within the site. The research spaces are designed to encourage students to work and experiment outdoors. The courtyards serve to encourage more social interactions between the students and all the buildings are placed at a close proximity for a safe and easy circulation.
