WORK EXPERIENCE Entrepreneurial Activities In 2010, due to a restructuration of the pharmexx group, who was sold out to Celesio, Germany, recovered full control of Etika. In 2007 established a partnership with pharmexx Germany, becoming Etika a member of pharmexx international. In 2005 co-founded Alchalia, a consulting practice for licencing in/out with partners in Spain, Brazil, Colombia, MĂŠxico and Chile. In 2003 co-founded Oriundo S.A., Mexico, a consulting organization with offices in Mexico, Barcelona, Santiago, Bogota and Rio de Janeiro for the development of business opportunities for pharmaceutical companies operating within Latin America and for R&D companies in the developed world. In 1988 established Etika (from ethics) Consultores, plc. International Management Consulting Firm specializing in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.
