An important aspect of the process with our clients is what we refer to as “design dialogue.” Every project, whether large or small, begins with meetings to understand your goals, your vision and your expectations. To that end, Mayshark brings together the best craftsmen in the region. Accomplished, creative and caring artisans who know and practice state-of-the-art construction techniques. Our company-owned, 10,000 square foot, specialty millworks facility is a case in point. It is equipped and staffed to create all varieties of custom cabinetry and architectural trim. And the handiwork of these craftsmen can be found gracing homes in Chautauqua and offices in New York City. Another example is our commitment to “green construction.” That means incorporating energy efficiency into each structure, using environmentally sound practices for recycling of waste materials, and specifying locally sourced materials wherever possible.
