Conflict Management Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF) This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone who requires training in conflict management. It is appropriate for a wide range of sectors and is suitable for anyone who has a customer facing role, dealing with service users or the public. Security Officer Highfield Level 2 Award for Working as a Security Officer within the Private Security Industry This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone wishing to work as a security officer. It is based on relevant SIA specifications for learning and qualifications, and therefore provides the necessary skills and knowledge for learners to apply for an SIA licence in this field. Alcohol Licensing Highfield Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (RQF) The law requires alcohol sales on licensed premises to be made or authorised by a personal licence holder.
