Conflict Management Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF) This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone who requires training in conflict management. It is appropriate for a wide range of sectors and is suitable for anyone who has a customer facing role, dealing with service users or the public. It is also a useful qualification for individuals who would like a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising and who would like to gain more confidence in being able to deal with conflict situations. Security Officer Highfield Level 2 Award for Working as a Security Officer within the Private Security Industry This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone wishing to work as a security officer. It is based on relevant SIA specifications for learning and qualifications, and therefore provides the necessary skills and knowledge for learners to apply for an SIA licence in this field. Subjects covered include the roles and responsibilities of security officers, patrolling, security systems, communication, reporting and record‐keeping, avoiding conflict and reducing personal risk, defusing conflict, and resolving and learning from conflict. How long will it take me to achieve this qualification? This qualification must be taken over a minimum of 3‐days. How is the qualification assessed? It is divided into 3‐units and is assessed through 3 multiple‐choice examinations. Alcohol Licensing Highfield Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (RQF) The law requires alcohol sales on licensed premises to be made or authorised by a personal licence holder. Individuals applying for a personal licence must hold a regulated licensing qualification, such as the Highfield Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (RQF). This regulated qualification is ideal for those working in, or preparing to work in, any industry that involves the retail sale of alcohol and who wishes to become a personal licence holder. Subjects covered include the purpose of a personal licence, the application process, legal duties of a personal licence and licensing law.

How long will it take me to achieve this qualification? The total qualification time is 10 hours and of this 8 are recommended as guided learning hours.
