25TH AIRVENTURE CUP RACE RESULTS ARE IN

THIS YEAR’S AIRVENTURE Cup race, held annually in the days immediately preceding our annual fly-in convention, saw nearly 70 participants competing in more than 30 classes. Pilots flew everything from 172s to a Cirrus Vision SF50 jet across a looped course that started in Wausau, Wisconsin, proceeded east and then north along the western shore of Lake Michigan, then back

west and then south to end in Merrill, Wisconsin. Upon arrival at Oshkosh for AirVenture, the racers’ aircraft were put on display for the week in a prominent parking area just north of air show center.
