Community bids farewell to Nate Perry Elementary

Amisha Kohli

Students, staff and families both past and present reminisced about Nate Perry Elementary at the school’s June 16 goodbye gathering. The school is closing and has been sold as part of the Liverpool Central School District’s Education 2020 reconfiguration. By Amisha Kohli Contributing Writer In spite of heavy rain, community members of Liverpool gathered June 16 to celebrate the end of an era. After 65 years, Nate Perry Elementary (NPE) is closing its physical doors, but it is clear the school’s spirit and the camaraderie built will prosper within the hearts of Liverpool. Current and former students, staff and their families were welcomed to celebrate

the school’s closing. The Liverpool Central School District has sold NPE as part of its Education 2020 initiative, which involves a reconfiguration of grade levels and buildings. Smiles, laughter and tears filled the hallways as community members reminisced upon the school’s history and reunited with their friends and colleagues. Around the school, memorabilia, pictures and celebratory posters honored the community’s history

‘Read Beyond the Beaten Path’ at NOPL this summer By Alexander Schulz NOPL Communications Intern With the end of the school year comes the beginning of the 2022 Summer Reading Program at the Northern Onondaga Public Libraries (NOPL). This year NOPL’s Summer Reading Program will center around iRead’s theme of “Read Beyond the Beaten Path.” This theme aims to combine camping, adventure, and skill development. By following this theme, kids can relate what they read to other fun summer activities. Some examples of middle grade books that follow “Read Beyond the Beaten Path” include the “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series by Rick Riordan, “Bridge to Terabithia” by Katherine Paterson and “Lumberjanes” by ND Stevenson. For younger audiences, try the “Magic Treehouse” series, “Where the Wild Things Are” by Maurice Sendak or “The Berenstain Bears Go to Camp” by Stan and Jan Berenstain. Persons of any age who read books over the summer and log them in the NOPL Summer Reading Logs will be eligible to win weekly prizes like gift cards each week. The Summer Reading Log can be picked up at a local NOPL branch or downloaded online. NOPL

since its opening in 1957. “We love you tearchers evry ware!” read one student-made sign posted above the lockers. Chris Frye has been involved with NPE since he was born: his mother, Susan Frye, taught first grade for 32 years. A graduate of the class of 1988, Chris Frye spent years at NPE as a child, prior to being enrolled, and then spent time volunteering at the school until his mother retired 20 years ago.

“One of the nice things about [NPE] is that it was very much a neighborhood school. A lot of creativity was fostered between the art, music and reading areas,” Frye said. “I remember it to be a very friendly place where you could get a lot of guidance in different areas, but socially it was very fun. Everyone seemed to know each other, it was a very friendly school.” That affability permeated the building. Activities included bounce houses,

henna, face painting and Jeff the Magic Man were around for families to enjoy. Food trucks were available for all to enjoy outside the building. In the cafeteria, time capsules from 1984 and 2009 were opened, and special tributes honored former principal Lillie Fields and former student Andrew Sleeth. After serving as an educator in Syracuse for 25

years, Fields became the first Black principal in the Liverpool Central School District in 1989. For eight years, she led Nate Perry Elementary. Though Fields retired in 1997, her presence was sustained by a spirit committee she created. “She wanted children to love coming to school, to love to read, to love to serve, NPE

Willow Museum battles powderpost beetles By Russ Tarby Contributing Writer

When members of the Historical Association of Greater Liverpool (HAGL) performed their annual spring cleanup of the Liverpool Willow Museum on May 29, they found dime-sized piles of a sandy substance littering the museum floor. Above the powdery piles, various woven willow artifacts were observed to be dotted with small round holes. After consulting with Ray Aldrich, an experienced insect exterminator from All Pest of Syracuse, it was determined that the museum is infested by powderpost beetles. On May 31, Aldrich fumigated the museum which was donated 30 years ago by the Hurst family. The building had functioned as the

Hurst’s willow workshop located behind their Oswego Street home since the 19th century. While developing, powderpost beetle larvae spend months or years inside wood, or willow branches, feeding mainly on the starch content. Their presence is only apparent when they emerge as adults, leaving behind pinhole-sized openings, often called “shot holes.” An adult beetle is about the size of lead on a pencil tip. “It’s hard to believe that something so tiny could be so destructive,” said HAGL Vice President Yvette Hewitt. “When Ray started spraying, the little beasties came running out of their holes. They’re a wee bit larger and darker than cat fleas. They’re in the picture frames, the stool, bench, the blocks of wood holding up the soaking bin.”

YVETTE HEWITT

Powderpost beetles destroyed several exhibits at the Liverpool Willow Museum including a three-legged stool which looked sturdy until it was found to be completely disintegrated from the inside out. HAGL Secretary Joan Cregg first discovered the damage at the cleanup. “The entire willow exhibit is at risk,” she said,

“as are all the other wood products in the building.” Several willow pieces — Beetles

History Mystery North

Do you know anything about this picture? By Dorothy Heller Town of Clay Historian

Question: Do you recognize this garage? Where was it located and why was it considered special at a certain time in history? Last week’s answer: The photograph is of Edwin H. Young, who grew up in Dutch Settlement, a large hamlet of early Clay located in the northern Caughdenoy area. Many other Young families also lived near him. Being a descendant of the early Young family settlers, he tells of their belief in all things supernatural. Witches, ghosts, and omens were a part of their life, especially the women. Anything they could not understand in their ignorance was an evil omen such as a clock that couldn’t run but suddenly would strike. They brought their superstitions with them from Schoharie to Dutch Settlement. In the matter of disem-

bodied spirits, the settlement was not only afflicted but progressive. It soon had a “spook house” of its own. This quite unimpressive structure sat well back from the road on the old John Young place and its ruins were still there when Edwin was a boy. Several of his “aunties” believed implicitly in all things supernatural and kept to their haunts and superstitions. He wondered what they would have done or said if they had found as he had one night upon going to bed, a white dove sitting there in the open window, which after a minute, flew away in the darkness. Or when, as happened, a little later, a very black old crow, blind in one eye and about half-starved, was found staggering about in the snow in front of the hen house one winter morning? Does anyone doubt that either of these “visitations” would have been a warning? After Edwin picked up the old crow and took him to

a warm place and fed him several pieces of beef steak, he put him in the front part of the hen house, screened apart from the chickens. The hens showed their fear that he was an evil spirit. But when his crow-ship vented his own fear with a terrific “CAW!” they went into a fit of hysterics. The hens were so terrified, Edwin feared their offspring would be neurotic or half-wits if he didn’t get rid of the crow. So he fed him some more steak and liberated him. He went walking through the snow like a “gentlemanly old jag.” Goodbye, Mr. Crow! An older cousin told this tale. It seems that a family of Pierces lived in the “spook house” at one time. Ed Pierce, Ike Lynn, Merritt Crane and Hod Mckoyes hung around the Lynn or Crane places until late at night playing cards. The Lynn house was very small, which made the raucous card playing very unwel-

come when other occupants of the home wanted to go to bed. The Cranes apparently were sick of them too. They were “drummed out” of both places. The Pierces didn’t want them either, but they had no place else to go and they so wanted to play cards! Whether they flocked in on the Pierces, uninvited or not, seemed to be an inducement for any ghost to walk! Did any of the scared card shufflers think of that? Maybe hard cider or something else helped out the scheme. The house was fair-sized, old-fashioned with a room each side of a long hall running front to back with a stairway leading up toward the back part of the hall. Stairs to the second floor were enclosed underneath which the cellar stairs followed the same angle below. And an outside cellar way for easy outside access was included. Well, there they were,

gabbing and shuffling. “It’s your deal.” “What’s trump?” “I pass.” All of a sudden, strange footsteps were heard near the top of the stairs; and then with stealthy, measured tread, down they came, step by step; crossed the room to the table; and presently back, upstairs again — with nobody in sight! — greatly to the consternation of the assembled cronies. It is not known what happened after that but the “visitation” definitely broke up that game and maybe any future thoughts on the subject! Edwin relates that it is easy access to the cellar and under the stairs with a padded stick to “tunk” each step, it would be easy to present these sound effects. Edwin’s auntie (from the old school) credits this “manifestation” to a totally different source. However, it was said that when Merritt Crane’s

mother heard that the gang was going to the Pierces to play cards, she told some of them she hoped the devil would appear to them. What do you think? Email your guess to acasey@ eaglenewsonline.com or leave a message at 315-434-8889 ext. 332 with your guess by noon Friday. If you are the first person to correctly identify an element in the photo before the deadline, your name and guess will appear in next week’s newspaper, along with another History Mystery feature.

OBITUARIES Angie Martino-Gregory, 81

On flag day, June 14, 2022, heaven gained a go-getter when Angie Martino-Gregory of the town of Sennett passed away peacefully at the age of 81. Angie is preceded in death by her parents, Angelo Martino and Margaret Wilmarth Martino Deland, and her husband, John “Jack” Henry Gregory, Jr. Angie embraced life and all that came with it, from the time she was a teenager she grabbed life by the horns and met it head on. She started her career in a bank and then became an office manager for Kenny G Guy Roofing company for many years. There have been a lot of good times at the Farm because of Angie. As someone recently wrote Angie was sweet, feisty, and generous. We would add she was courageous. There are not enough words to cover all that Angie did with her life and what she meant to so many people. She was hard working, self-assured, and strong. She loved looking out over the farm and left this earth with honor and dignity. Commencement

As graduation ceremonies and celebrations begin locally we look at the word commencement, which has two related but also distinct meanings. According to the American Heritage Dictionary, commencement means a graduation ceremony. But it also refers to the start of something such as a journey. At this time of year as local high school students take their diplomas and throw their caps in the air, the graduation ceremony is perhaps the most obvious and immediate meaning that will come to mind. Walking across the stage in cap and gown, taking their diploma is the culmination of years of work, late nights of homework, seemingly endless exams and reports. Those moments, when they walk down the isle and listen to the speeches from school staff and administration and valedictorian and salutatorian addresses, the moment when they walk across the stage and take their diploma, those are just the first half of the commencement equation. When they have their diploma in hand and have come off the other side of the stage, that is when the other meaning of commencement truly beings. This other definition, to start or begin something, has both literal and more metaphorical meanings. These young adults will be starting many new things in the days, weeks, months and years ahead of them This day marks the start of an entirely new chapter of their lives. For some this will take the form of secondary educational opportunities, heading off to college. For others this may mean the military. And still for others this may mean entering the workforce. Whatever the journey may be and wherever it may take these young adults, each will have their own unique experiences and discover new interests, new friends, have new experiences and broaden their horizons in ways they may not have yet anticipated. This definition of commencement holds incredible potential. While their paths may be mapped out in a general way, college, work, et cetera, as cliché as it is, the future is unwritten, a blank page, where each will begin to write a new chapter of their own life story. This can be an overwhelming, but hopefully and exciting prospect. Whether it is college or the workforce or the military or a gap year or a year taking part in any number of student exchange or civic and volunteer opportunities, this is a time to start something new and a time when these graduates will begin shaping their lives in new ways preparing for careers and everything else their future holds. But even as they commence, this is also a time to look back. These ceremonies mark the culmination of not only the work of the students, but also the parents, families, educators and innumerable others that have helped them on their journey and assisted them in preparing for this moment. So as they step into the bigger world, they will be ready for all that lies ahead of them. This network of support, parents, teachers, the whole community, has proven to be that much more important as the graduates of 2022 have had to contend with circumstances unlike anything we have seen before. All involved have shown extraordinary fortitude in ensuring students received the best possible education in the face of these challenges. For this, all of these people deserve a moment of praise and recognition for all they have done to help prepare the next generation to lead the way into the future. And of course congratulations is due to the students and all their hard work, commitment and determination to persevere no matter how challenging circumstances became. Each of them has accomplished so much. They have faced challenges, sleepless nights, working and toiling to reach this day and we extend our congratulations to each of them and wish them well.

The formula I seek OK, does anyone have the secret formula for estimating how much time it will take to get from your house to, let’s say anywhere in the city of Syracuse or beyond? Time is a human concept. You don’t see cats, dogs or ferrets with watches and they seem OK with this. Our cats seem to know when it’s time to eat, time to sleep, etc. None of them have timepieces. Humans developed the idea that it would be good to measure the passage of the sun by intervals, and voila, we have time. This allows us to meet people at a specific time and place, making planning for things like a dinner party, an MRI or a bank robbery much easier. At least that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Others, inventive sorts, right after the concept of time was discovered, discovered traffic and road work. Today the same prehistoric person who

Community engager named an ‘exceptional woman’

When Assemblywoman Pamela Hunter appeared at Liverpool Public Library on June 13, she honored a dozen local ladies as “exceptional women of Central NY.” Among those so designated was Cindy Hibbert, who lives in Liverpool and has worked at the library for 23 years as an assistant librarian. Hunter, a Democrat who represents the state’s 128th District, pointed out that Cindy has “been instrumental in expanding the adult, teen and multigenerational library programming.” In recent years, Cindy produced a video series on village history and helped implement the Adult Summer Reading Club. In response to the pandemic, Hunter said Cindy “helped the library adapt to a hybrid model…and insured vital programs were still available.” Unfortunately, Cindy was unable to personally receive the award on June 13 because she was on vacation with her family in the Rocky Mountains. Former LPL Commu-

nity Engagement Librarian Maggie Foster accepted the award in her absence.

transmission lines did not have the ability to accept a 5 MW project, it was reduced to just over 1 MW. Obviously, we were disappointed. Then there were delays working through many is-

sues, including COVID but now here we are with this completed project. Skaneateles is a very environmentally conscience community. When residents were informed that they could do their part in reducing their carbon footprint and signing up for this solar farm, I told Noah to be prepared for how quickly residents would sign up. I believe within hours this site was at capacity and another site was found for residents to continue to have the same solar benefit. Tru Green Capital Management had never seen anything like it. Hats off to our residents who supported this project and who do all they can to protect and support our environment. Solar array

Two games later, Curry was nearly as good, not just with 34 points (at age 34), but with his dribbling, passes and even an improved defensive approach, mirroring the great defense the Warriors played throughout the post-season. Now this Golden State squad can feel safe truly taking its place among the all-time NBA dynasties, though its journey is quite different from others in that the 1960s Celtics, 1980s and early 2000s Lakers, 1990s Bulls and early-millennium Spurs never experienced the vast dip the Warriors did. To sink all the way to the bottom of the standings (even if injuries was the culprit), rise up and climb past the wouldbe challengers in the West and then, in the championship series, to remind everyone of the chemistry and energy that made them so special in the first place….well, it’s unique. Everyone associated with Golden State said their run is not done yet, and that might be true. But the Warriors have earned the right to sit back, take their time, taste the champagne and really enjoy this one.

To the editor: I am writing this on June 12 as we approach Flag Day 2022 on June 14. As young lads my four brothers and I all caddied at the same golf club in North Suburban Chicago. It was the Northmoor Country Club. Its members were well appointed who demanded the best from us and paid us very fairly. We caddied every morning and afternoon in the summer six days a week, and we learned a lot of life lessons. It was a great way to grow up. On Flag Day June 14 every year the course was closed. The members invited 36 veterans from World War II and Korea who were at the VA Hospital on the West side of Chicago to come out and play golf. The veterans were all legally blind. They were teamed up with 36 members of the club to make 18 foursomes and had the course all to themselves. As caddies on that day we went about our normal duties. However when it became time to putt we shook the flag pole on the green to help the veterans zero in on their putts. Many still had very adequate hearing. Amazingly, on many occasions they would knock one in from 15 or 20 feet or more. To this day my brothers and I remember the joy and fun they had out in the sun and of course ribbing each with great humor and knocking in some long putts. The link between the flag pole and Flag Day is something fond in my memory these many years later. God bless those wonderful wounded heroes. John Moran Skaneateles

Miranda Robinson, our on-staff engineer with the town started managing this project to manage shortly after she started with the town in 2020. There were many challenges such as utility poles that had to be moved, driveways added, fencing decisions, and easements, to name a few and transitioning from Abundant Energy to Tru Green. In November 2020 Heather Carroll, executive director with the Skaneateles Education Foundation contacted me asking if there was a way to connect the students in the high school’s Solar Panel Club with our solar project. Since that time there has been collaboration between Tru Green Capital Management, our engineer, and the students. A tour was scheduled along with a ribbon cutting ceremony for June 9. Fortunately, the rain did not deter everyone from asking questions and learning so much about our project. The town of Skaneateles is the first completed solar project that signed up with CNYRPDB. We are the first in NYS to obtain permission from National Grid for this project, and the first project to have both bifacial and solar tracker panels. This allows the panels to move with the sun and capture sunlight on the front while the back absorbs reflected light. My thanks go out to the town board for their vision in supporting renewable energy, reducing emission, and accelerating the transition away from fossil fuels and to all the agencies working together to complete this project. A special thank you to our residents for your support as we commit to the environmental sustainability of our planet.

Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Steve Kerr — together, they had celebrated championships together before. Three times, in fact. It was all new and fun in 2015. Move to 2017 and 2018, and it was more an exhale, a relief, the bare minimum expected of the latest NBA iteration of Super Team. Here, though, the feeling was quite different. These Golden State Warriors lingered on the court long after the final buzzer and the trophies and T-shirts were handed out. Some of it had to do with the location. It was Boston, underneath those 17 banners and all those retired numbers and all that they symbolized, not to mention in front of a rabid fan base which always let you know how they felt. Mostly, though, it was the journey the Warriors took to reach the top again, far more arduous than those before, to reach a summit no one could doubt or question. All those previous times, the excuses were ready-made. Injuries sidelined Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love in ’15, leaving LeBron James alone and it wasn’t

The document was prepared in accordance with NEPA (42 USC § 4321 et seq.), the Council on Environmental Quality regulations for implementing the procedural provisions of NEPA (40 CFR Parts 1500 to 1508), the FHWA Environmental Impact and Related Procedures; Final Rule (23 CFR Part 771), and the NYSDOT Procedures for Implementation of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (17 NYCRR Part 15). Liverpool Public Library

Dive into an ‘Ocean of Possibilities’

Library staffers Angie Roberts and Terri Carter work on the Second Street art for this year’s Let’s Read, Liverpool! Sidewalk Stroll. By Mark Bialczak LPL Communications Specialist It’s time for another big summer of celebrating with Let’s Read, Liverpool! The folks who plan for the Liverpool Public Library recognized that community members greatly appreciated the first year of pledging and reading to fit their own style and preferences. They decided to deliver round two. This summer, the program’s full title will be Let’s Read, Liverpool! Oceans of Possibilities. That second statement fits the tone perfectly and dovetails with the national theme adopted by many other libraries across the country. The LPL will hold two kickoff parties, with plenty of activities as well as registration for the children’s, teen and adult summer reading clubs for those who wish to still log books. The events will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, and Monday, June 27, on the library’s Dinosaur Garden lawn. Everybody attending will have a

Additionally, the Northern Onondaga Public Libraries will hold a variety of events throughout the summer to encourage and promote summer reading. Storytimes for authors such as Eric Carle (“The Very Hungry Caterpillar”) and Marc Brown (the “Arthur” series) will be held for kids at the North Syracuse Branch. At the Brewerton Branch there will be a Fairy Tale Detective mystery to discover each Thursday in July, when kids can stop in and pick up a clue package with a fairy tale mystery. When they think they’ve solved it, they can come back and win a prize if they’re right! Other events sponsored by the Summer Reading Program include MOST:

examples of the products produced by the parlor industry that thrived locally circa 1860-1930 — may be beyond saving, Hewitt said. Since the exterminator’s work is guaranteed for six months, the museum has opened for its summer season, its first full season since 2019. The Liverpool Willow Museum is open from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays now through August. Established on July 4, 1994, the museum comes complete with the tools used to make baskets as well as exam-

chance to sign this year’s pledge and pose with our popular big pledge card for photos that could be used on LPL.org or the library’s social media. Can’t make the kickoff but want a chance to be featured? Email your photo to CommunicationsDept@LPL.org. Also available will be the prize wheel ready for spin-and-win, big games on the lawn and crafts. For those who love logging, attendees again will have the option to sign up for their age-appropriate reading club. Rewards can be reached and prizes won for completing missions and reaching milestones. Kickoff attendees could receive an LPL lanyard (while supplies last) and earn buttons to attach to it. Prizes will include book bundles, as well as gift certificates donated by community partners. Find information about Let’s Read, Liverpool! and links to participate at LPL.org/letsread. You can find new artwork to fit this year’s theme already added to the colorful Sidewalk Stroll in front of the LPL on Second Street.

to love each other,” former teacher Leigh Anne Herd said. The committee served the school through community projects and school projects, including a garden created by staff and students. Teachers used the garden for classes and to be in nature. When Fields retired, a party was held in the garden in her honor, and a plaque was made for her. “Joy is something you do. You don’t see it, it’s something you have to feel. That’s what I felt here at Nate Perry,” Fields said, speaking directly from her heart. “Thank you for the joy you’ve helped me to feel. Go wherever you go, and be joyous.” In honor of the late Andrew Sleeth and his family, Philip Gooley, the school’s physical education teacher, spoke about the time he met Andrew 17 years ago. Andrew, who was battling cancer, made a lasting impact on Gooley within five minutes. “Out of that meeting, we had one common thread: I found out that he loved basketball, and basketball is my favorite sport also,” Gooley said. “My first impression of Andrew, I can remember it like it was just yesterday. It was a great time meeting him.” Gooley continued teaching and coaching Andrew’s siblings years afterward,

saying the Sleeth family became part of his own. The Sleeths were given a plaque honoring Andrew’s spirit, as well as a basketball and quilt. Andrew’s plaque was kept in the back of the school, facing the basketball court, “watching all the kids play basketball all the time.” Former student Jennifer Creamer graduated in 1989. Her mother, Donna Duda, was the school’s secretary in the late ‘60s, retiring in the early ‘90s. Reflecting on the nostalgia in the halls, Creamer spoke fondly of her time at NPE. “It’s home,” Creamer said. “It’s where I grew up.”

Does the title of this article sound familiar? It should. I wrote about the topic three years ago. The gentleman I quoted in the article was a Nutrition Expert by the name of Richard Green. He has spent 38 years (including the last three years) of his life helping himself and many others improve their golf game using his extensive knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition. Because most of you probably don’t remember reading the article, I believe it is worthwhile repeating some of Mr. Green’s thoughts on the subject because, “what we put in our stomachs, defines our long term health and longevity”. I also believe most of you already know this but do you realize how important it can be to your golf game? By the way…Mr. Green loves to play golf. Let’s do it! WHAT TO EAT BEFORE YOU PLAY… * About 2 hours before you tee-off, drink about 16 ounces of water. About 15-30 minutes before you tee-off, drink another 8 ounces. * A 3 egg omelet made with veggies and a little meat(ham or turkey) along with a piece of fruit. OR…. * A bed of mixed greens dressed with lemon, grilled chicken, pumpkin seeds and a small baked potato. OR… * Grilled sirloin with sautéed asparagus and a side of black beans. WHAT TO EAT AND DRINK DURING YOUR ROUND…. * Drink at least 3-4 ounces of water per hole. * Walnuts, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds apricots, apples or raisins are always good. OR…. * A banana with a handful of almonds. OR…. * Slices of deli meat wrapped in a slice of cheese. OR…. * A protein powder that you can easily mix with water and walnuts. OR…. * How about a little of everything above?

ples of work-in-progress and finished products. The historical association provides funds and volunteers to staff and maintain the museum. Over the years, many village residents have donated Liverpool willow baskets and related artifacts to what has become a unique collection now displayed in the steamer building adjacent to the museum. Luckily, the steamer building has not been affected by the infestation. For more information, contact Village Historian Dorianne Elitharp Gutierrez at 315-451-7091 or liverpoolhistorian@yahoo.com.

That’s my choice. And…don’t forget to do some stretching before you start your car. WHAT TO EAT WITHIN 60 MINUTES AFTER GOLF…. * Playing a round of golf results in the body breaking down proteins (muscle). Research consistently shows that providing our bodies protein after golf, helps the body repair damaged proteins and supports recovery and repair. * Your post golf meal is just as important as your pre-round meal. * Fish and seafood, chicken and turkey, nuts and seeds, pork, filet mignon, avocado, quinoa, Greek strained yogurt, cottage cheese and broccoli are all excellent choices for protein. * Research also shows that the average golfer looses about 2.5 ounces of water per hole(about 50 ounces during a round of golf). The key is to drink water even when you you are not thirsty because by the time you feel thirsty, you’re already too low. Another 16 ounces of water before your post round meal will never hurt you. There is simply not enough room in this article to list the many other food options you can use. It will take a lot of planning, however, if you are patient and follow Richard Green’s food choices before, during and after your round of golf, I believe you will “feel better, play better and live longer”. Common sense tells me it’s worth the effort for all of us. Check out….support@ golfgame.tips
