Once a physical therapist, she was the one who made the initial foray into real estate by launching a career in Huntington Beach and Huntington Harbour with a specialization in luxury and high end homes. The close-knit communities’ resources and amenities fit well within her own lifestyle, and Sandy became intimately familiar with local inventory. “I’ve been here so long that I know the history of the homes, their floor plans and their unique qualities,” she explains. Steve, an avid yachtsman and golfer, brought a wealth of knowledge when he joined Sandy in 1996. Retired from the apparel industry, he offers solid business experience as well as a unique understanding of the factors associated with waterfront properties, including dock and bridge specifications and mean high tide measurements.
