MARWA MAGDY Graduated from faculty of art EDUCATION in Cairo 2016 , she is deeply impressed by the form of ANIMALS she said “We can consider the animals a connecting link between man and the earth; it is difficult for humans to relate directly with the natural elements, to understand them in terms of their importance as an ecosystem and therefore habitat that is home to us and asks us to be preserved. The animal, in fact, interacts with us in some way, it looks like we find ourselves in them, even in some places only certain gestures and behavior; it is easier for us to understand who we are and understand the issues of the land through animals. In my works the animals are metaphors of human existential complexity.” she is active at the contemporary Egyptian art movement both in exhibitions and symposia since the nineties.

Said Badr Badr King and Queen Red Granite Height 60 cm 2021 Said Badr Badr Those who contemplate the artworks of the sculptor Said Badr, find themselves how quickly realize that ridge connecting these works with the achievement of ancient Egypt’s sculpture. His works carry that sort of sobriety, gravity and oldness when he manipulates tough materials, meanwhile casting upon them a contemporary and more abstract character. In spite of the qualities of such materials (sobriety and firmness), we find out that Badr had manifested in them a state of spiritual sublimation. He is capable of relying upon the potential energy in artworks, and thus he had achieved a rare case of sublimity and purity of the form. The artworks of the artist carry certain implications that are related to his awareness of an important message, it's the human history ... and thus his sculpture pieces are standing as new guards for his history.
