12ft The Giraffe climber is a great part of our adventure playground. You will need 2.5”, 3mm mild steel pipe, small tyres, 3” and 4” bolts,6” screw bolts, budget and metal paint. You will also need to cement in the foundations. Make sure you have at least 1.5 metres of space around the Giraffe climber.

How to build 1. Weld the frames as shown in the diagram. 2. Dig the foundations as shown in the diagram below. 3. Before cementing in the frame sand and paint with undercoat the section of metal that will be going into the foundation. 4. Cement in the frame.

5. If using crossbars, weld check plate to all four ends and drill holes in corners, attach to tress/walls with 6” screw bolts. 6. Once the frame is fully cemented attach the tyres by drilling and bolting the tyres to each other with 2x 3” bolts. 7. Attach the tyres to the frame with 1x 4” bolt per tyre to each pole (4 bolts in total for each tyre). 8. Cement half of the end two tyres of the chain into the ground. 9. Paint.
Colour Scheme Paint the metal yellow. Paint the tyres yellow with light brown patches. Foundations
