Partnership for People and Place project (PfPP) - is a pilot of a new place policy design and delivery approach, focusing on place-based initiatives, which are aimed at creating better cross-government coordination. Horden Together has been working to deliver investigations into three thematic areas of 'Community' 'People' and 'Place'. The outputs of this activity are upheld by multi-stakeholder Theory of Change workshops and are being delivered directly with and by our community. The outcomes of these sessions will test a new way of working with central government to improve local outcomes for Horden residents. This report outlines progress to the mid way point of this action.
