Opening an Account

To qualify for a wholesale/trade account, you must be a retailer or design professional in the home furnishings, decorative accessories, or hospitality industries. Once we have approved your application, you will receive your account and website login information. Please visit EasternAccents.com to open an account.

Ordering Procedures

There are several ways to place an order:

Terms

We accept prepaid checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For Net 30 terms (available to Stocking dealers only), submit at least three trade references with your business banking information via fax, mail, or email to CustomerService@EasternAccents.com Credit approval takes approximately two weeks.

Shipping

Our regular lead time is 6-8 weeks for bedding, upholstered furniture, and accessories, and approximately 1 week for in-stock fabrics and trimmings (FOB Chicago). However our average lead time is subject to change at any time; please visit us online or contact customer service for up-to-date lead times. For domestic ground delivery orders, shipping costs are calculated based on dimensions, weight, shipping method, and destination. Please contact our Customer Service department for a quote when shipping to an address outside of the continental United States.

Standard Shipping Charge For customers with terms, Eastern Accents will include the freight company’s fee to the invoice. For credit card and prepaid check transactions, we will charge a minimum fixed shipping fee for all orders under $200 and a maximum fixed percentage shipping fee for orders over $200. Note that standard shipping charges does not apply to orders containing furniture. Additional Shipping Fees Drop-ship requests will be accommodated for an additional fee; when shipping directly to an address other that the bill to, Eastern Accents will charge a fixed Drop-Ship fee. For our customers that operate out of a residential address, Eastern Accents will charge a fixed Residential Fee (signature upon delivery is required).

Return Policy

When items are in original condition, Thom Filicia Home Collection accepts authorized returns within 10 days of receipt.

Prior to returning merchandise, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number, which is required for all returns. Please note we will charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns received after the 10-day grace period. We do not accept products that have been damaged or show signs of wear and tear. Custom items are non-returnable.

Custom Workroom

Our Custom Workroom is happy to assist you in customizing our products.

Fabric Consistency and Substitutions

Fabrics may vary slightly in texture and color. Eastern Accents may provide substitutions for unavailable fabrics and trimmings.

Pillow Inserts

Unless otherwise noted, customers may select their choice of down or faux down insert for Thom Filicia by Eastern Accents pillows. Our Cloud Faux Down pillow inserts are filled with an ultra-fine microfiber designed to imitate the loft of natural down. Plume Feather inserts are filled with premium small feather fill. Bless Blend inserts feature a 50/50 mix of feather and faux down.

We recommend our deluxe warmth comforters for colder climates and duvet covers made of heavier fabrics. Our medium weight is suitable as an all-season comforter, while our light weight is ideal for warmer climates or those who prefer a blanket-like feeling.

Duvet and Comforter Upgrade

In addition to the existing corner ties and loops, four extra ties and loops can be added to the middle of all sides of your duvet cover and comforter. • CST-25

Customers logged in to our website can order sales material and download price lists online.

Deluxe Binder

Our Thom Filicia Home Collection Bedding Deluxe Binder Program features fabric swatches alongside a complete catalog with full-color images and product information. Updates are available for purchase twice a year; complimentary updates are available for qualified dealers. For more information, please contact customer service.
