TERMS & CONDITIONS all seats must be paid for in advance. Telephone Reservations will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance only if 14 days’ advance notice is given and seats are available. NO REFUNDS can be made for any cancelled bookings. reserved tickets must be collected from the Theatre box office at Tolethorpe hall 30 minutes before the start of a performance, otherwise we reserve the right to sell the unpaid-for tickets. We reserve the right to change or cancel a performance (without refund) in case of circumstances beyond our control. There is a fee of £1.00 for each ticket exchange.

Restaurant and Bar enjoy a pre-performance buffet meal in the charming dining rooms of historic Tolethorpe hall. qou can choose from a varied selection of starters, followed by a choice of the hot dish of the day, or carved joints of meat, fresh fish, and a selection of fresh salads. There is a choice of desserts or an alternative of cheese followed by coffee and mints. our menu changes regularly and we have non-meat alternatives available for vegetarians. Pre-Performance Buffet: £22.75. The restaurant opens at 5.45pm, advance booking is essential. Tuck shop opens at : .45pm, serving coffee, tea, sweets and ice cream. orangery available for covered picnics if raining.
