Villa Montane, Beaver Creek, Colorado Client: Vail Resorts Vail Resorts owned a three-acre parcel of land in the center of Beaver Creek. They hired East West Partners on a fee basis to master plan and develop this complex project, which includes underground parking, condominiums, a 530-seat theater, skating rink and shops. East West Partners assembled and managed the multitalented team of architects, construction managers and sales and marketing experts. Through their contacts in the resort development industry, they sold a portion of the site and air rights to Hyatt Vacation Club.

Case Study

Promenade Condominium Lofts, Riverfront Park, Denver, Colorado Client: Crescent Real Estate This urban condominium loft building is part of Riverfront Park in Denver, Colorado. During conceptual design, the project was repositioned based on extensive market research from fractional ownership to whole ownership condominiums. The 66 residences achieved great sales success with 80 percent of the units pre-sold in the first 90 days from release. The building achieved a 97 percent closing rate during the difficult economic environment in late 2001, just after 9/11. Ground-level retail spaces are part of the 18 shops developed, leased and managed by East West at Riverfront Park. East West Partners is the master developer of Riverfront Park, which includes ten city blocks of residences, shops and offices in downtown Denver.

Lake Tahoe, California Clients: Morgan Stanley and Booth Creek East West Partners is community manager and developer of Tahoe Mountain Resorts, a collection of golf and ski communities at Northstar and Truckee, California.
