looking back on success— but never resting on it. Most great success stories have humble beginnings. For the founders of East West Partners, that story began 25 years ago with the purchase of a piece of land in an emerging resort. Today, Beaver Creek is a world-class destination and the cornerstone for a portfolio of acclaimed projects that span from East to West. Innovation. Forward thinking. Entrepreneurial spirit. Hallmarks of success for East West Partners, but also the driving force behind a company that has withstood the economic crisis to be well positioned for the future. East West Partners is a talented team of hard-working professionals empowered to excel in building, selling and managing high-end real estate with a focus on multi-use projects. What’s next? East West Partners has an extraordinary opportunity to take over distressed resort and hospitality projects and turn them into the next great success story.

the milestones that moved mountains. Looking back, East West Partners can identify key milestones that took the company from start-up hopeful, to major market contender. The first of these was the Hyatt Regency in Beaver Creek (now Park Hyatt). Today it’s one of the premier resort hotels in North America. With solid financial partners and growing success, East West Partners continued to build its strong portfolio of developments. Perhaps the most aggressive projects to date are in Denver with Riverfront Park and the highly anticipated urban redevelopment of Union Station Neighborhood. These communities will add immeasurably to the urban fabric of Denver. Last, but certainly not least, is the redevelopment of Northstar ski resort in Lake Tahoe, along with several more developments in Truckee and the north shore of Tahoe. Looking back, East West Partners has capitalized on a number of turning point opportunities. Looking forward, there’s even more excitement about our future growth and success.

opportunity in every direction. This is an exceptional time to partner with East West Partners and share in the opportunity to take distressed resort and hospitality projects, and turn them into profitable places to live and visit. Plus, be a part of new development in the next great resort or urban hot spot too. Long-standing partnerships with governments and landowners puts East West Partners in front of the right people, at the perfect time. Just look at what is taking place in Charleston, with a condemned piece of land the city had no idea what to do with. East West Partners and the City of Charleston will partner to create a stunning mixed-use project that will revitalize an entire community. At Sun Valley in Ketchum, Idaho—plans call for hotel, commercial, multi-family and single family residences punctuated with sporting pockets, trails and wide-open spaces. The result will be a transformed year-round skier recreation experience for Bald Mountain ski area and a revenue boost for the city.
