DrumBeat Stress Calculation Tasks SES does… 1.

Obtains data from logger either by direct phone or via client files from DCS.

2.

Processes using SES DrumBeat algorithms to correct for temperature error, and then calculate biaxial stress. Strains are re-zeroed at start of each cycle.

3.

Imports to spreadsheets for calculation and plotting, typically 5 cycles per file.

4.

Determine stress range per cycles.

5.

Import Process data into file and plot alongside with stress result for comparison.

6.

Prepare Histograms and trends for stress range.

7.

Prepare histograms and trends for operating process conditions.

Strain Gage Measurement
