Pedro Angeles Editor Costa Blanca has its own amusement parks, all with their different themes. Here is some information about the water parks, animal parks, and amusement parks. Most of them are concentrated around Benidorm.

Mundomar

One of the theme parks in the Costa Blanca is Mundomar. This is a marine animal park in the Rincón de Loix in Benidorm. It is designed to bring children and young adults in contact with wildlife they will not come across easily in daily life. The park offers a great opportunity for a family visit with different species of mammals, reptiles, and birds. Visit the different types of shows or enjoy the unique experience of swimming with sea lions or dolphins. There is a large car park at the entrance of the park.

Aqualandia

Right next to Mundomar is the water park of Aqualandia. It even shares the same car park. Home to a variety of spectacular slides and pools there are also large lawns to relax and sunbathe. The centre of this theme park in Costa Blanca has an area with food stalls and a restaurant to regain strength after all the excitement. The 15 large aquatic attractions use seawater pumped in from the sea. Visit the highest slide in Europe and the highest capsule slide in the world. There is a large area for the youngest family members. Mini slides, a lagoon, and adventure land are some of the attractions for small children. This water park offers fun for the entire family. There is plenty to do for all ages.

This water park is located on the outskirts of Benidorm close to Terra Natura. If you have plans to visit both amusement parks in Costa Blanca it is best to buy a combination ticket upfront. Aqua Natura waterpark is fun for all ages. Enjoy the large wave pool that is Greece themed. Furthermore, there are various exciting slides, a jacuzzi area, and a show with sea lions. The park allows you to bring your own food and drinks. However, you have to bring it in a closed backpack or a cooling box. Or you can simply choose to eat in the buffet restaurant.

Rio Safari

This zoo in Elche is located in a wonderful palm tree forest and is a great environment to enjoy a day out with your family. You can choose to explore this theme park in Costa Blanca on foot or you can hop on the expedition train that drives you around. Either way, you can enjoy the hundreds of incredible animals from

around the world that live here. In this park, they strive to recreate ecoenvironments for endangered species. Through education, the park wants to show visitors about these animals and their natural habitats. There is a restaurant you can enjoy your own food in one of the picnic areas. And do not forget to bring your bathing suit and visit the aquatic park.

Aquopolis

This water park promises a great day out with family or friends. Located in Torrevieja in the south of Costa Blanca they offer a large variety of attractions. From high speed and high-altitude slides to relaxing floating rivers, Jacuzzis, and anything in between. The park also offers the possibility to celebrate events such as children’s birthdays. There are several options when it comes to eating. In the park, there are a self-service restaurant and a burger bar among others.
