As dining rooms have closed due to stay-at-home orders and protective ordinances in the Washington, D.C. Region, restaurateurs are fully focused on the takeout game. It’s an enormous shift for restaurants that typically have been accustomed to having only 5 to 20 percent of their sales derive from takeout.
