EATING HABITS Do you know that nutrition is very important? We have created an inquest about eating habits that include some questions about your dairy. Between 19 persons answer our inquest. In the inquest we have 6 questions that they have to answer. When we finish analyzing the results in pie graphs, the answers were different from what we were expecting. The first pie graph is about how many glasses of water you drink every day, and our options were: 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, more than 4. Most answers were based in 3 to 4 glasses of water per day, and more than 4 also have many answers. 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 had low results. The results were very good because that’s how a person should drink water every day (3 to 4 and more than 4 glasses per day).
The second pie graph is about how many calories you think are good for you in every day, and our options were: over 2000, over 1500, over 2500, more than 3000. Most answers were based over 2000 calories per day and over 2500 calories per day. Over 1500 and more than 3000 had very low results. The results were good because the calories that a person needs every day is over 2000-2500.
The third pie graph is about how many meals you eat in every day, and our options were: 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, more than 4. Most answers were based in 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 meals per day. 1 to 2 and more than 4 had low results. The results were very disappointing because the meals that a person should eat per day are based in 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 and a small percentage of people choose 1 to 2.
The fourth pie graph is about how many times a week you eat fast food and our options were: 1 time a week, 2 times a week, 3 or more, never. Most answers were based in 1 time a week and never. 2 times a week and 3 or more had very low results. The results were very well because eating fast food is bad for your health and the results tell that a big percent of people don’t eat fast food constantly.
The fifth pie graph is about what food do you think is the most important in the food pyramid, and our options were: Grains, Milk Dairy, Fruit and Vegetables, Meat and Beans. Most answers were based in Fruit and Vegetables. Grains also have a big percent and Meat/Beans and Milk Dairy had low results. The results were a little disappointing because the most important food in the food pyramid is Grains and most answers were base in Fruit and Vegetables.
The sixth pie graph is about how many times a week you eat outside from your house, and our options were: 1 to 2 times a week, 2 to 3, more than 3, never. Almost all answers were based in 1 to 2 times a week. 2 to 3, more than 3 and never had extremely low results. The results were great because eating outside from your house could be bad for your health and most answers were based in 1 to 2 times a week.
