1997 - 2001

• The Founding Board of Trustees sets a goal to find at least 25 Society of Founders members willing to donate $10,000 or more to establish ECCF—by the end of 1998, the SOF has 64 members!

• The Richard D. Larson family establishes the first Family Fund with a portion of a $1 million gift.

• The Young family establishes first Charitable Lead Trust.

• The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library Endowment Fund is established—the beginning of the library’s long-term partnership with ECCF.
