Arrival and departure Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is possible until 11 am. Late check-out has to be arranged with the reception for a surcharge. When arriving please ring the bell at the gate - we will open it immediately. During your stay, it can be opened with your room card.

Non-smoking hotel For the relaxing cigarette break there are smoker lounges in the main building and in the Gütl. In these heated outdoor areas our guests can enjoy smoking. Please understand that all rooms are of course smoke-free and violations will result in a fine equivalent to 90% of an additional night’s stay.

Transfer Do you need a shuttle service? We are happy to organise one for you in Salzburg from the trainstation (€55) or the airport (€75).

Holiday with dogs Dogs are welcome in the Stammhaus and in the Villa. However, they are not allowed in the restaurant, at the restaurant terrace, on the beach or in the spa and relaxation area. Please announce your four-legged friend upon reservation. Max. 1 dog per room – €20/day (excluding food), plus a surcharge for final cleaning €25.

Parking & Loading You can park your car outdoors without any additional costs. At the time of booking, you can reserve a parking space in our parking garage for €4/day. If you book on-site, the fee is €5/day. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, we recommend booking in advance. Are you arriving with your electric car? Three charging stations in our parking garage will guarantee mobility. With a booked parking space, overnight charging is included.
