What we like Remington Bikes
The Remington Bicycles were manufactured by E. Remington and Sons, co-founded by engineer Eliphalet Remington, and were used by the American military troops.
Our brand started as a love letter to simplicity, elegance and style, as found in the retro bicycle of the past. We love the nostalgic feeling, that fits in the modern world, and the elaborate blanding of contemporary design and vintage flavor.
The bycicle production was eventually permanently ceased, while the firearm production still goes on. Starting with 1913, the Remington name became used by a Danish bicycle company in Copenhagen, who beared no connections to the military, but was passionate about timeless design. Now, 106 years later, the company still resides in Denmark, and is still notably involved in Denmark’s bicycle Market. We have redesigned the bicycle combined with the modern style and quality parts, to fit the urban landscape of Europe.
We like the Remington bikes because beautiful without being overcomplicated, they portray a strong personality, and they are easy to fall in love with - at
about
they are because because first sight.
When you ride a Remington, you ride a bicycle created out of love and enthusiasme for life, as well as bicycles. We want to offer a fashion accessory for your everyday life, a faithful companion that you are happy to look at, and have with you wherever you go. It’s love at first sight, and it will be a long lasting one.

WHAT WE OFFER Our bikes are especially created for a comfortable experience in crowded areas and busy lives.
Vintage Design While looking at our Remington Bicycles up and down, it can be noticed that they are light and slim. They have simple frames, thin and delicate, and easy to handle. The wheels are also thin, contributing to the ligthness of the bike. There are no unnecessary constructions that would add extra weight.
Steel Frames
Shimano V-Brakes (Linear-pull Breaks)
All of our models are built with steel frames. This material is lighter than other materials, which is important especially if you need to carry your bike up the stairs, in public transport, or simply lift it up every now and then. The bikes weight between 12 and 14 kg depending on the model.
V-brake systems imply a side-pull against the wheel, performed by a cable which is drawing the brake’s arms together. Because the arms move the same distance that the cable moves from to its housing, the design is also called "linear-pull". Our V-brakes have a special retro nostalgic design to fit the look of Remington Bikes.
Chromoly (CrMo) CPH Arrow, Carry All, Monocle Gent, and Paulette Lady are built with Chrome Molybdenum Steel, which is an extra light material with great strength, that is shaped to discard excess weight, and provide many years of use.

Lugged Brazing A more special construction method - brazing is a more aesthetically pleasing way of assembling the bike, as opposed to the classical welding. This method is used on steel frames only, and it it is an expression of artistry. In the past, lugging was a good alternative to welding, as it was limiting the heat damage inflicted to the tubes. Today, we love it because it is beautiful.
