Interchangeable Lenses The camera's Nikon 1 lens mount accepts a variety of 1 NIKKOR lenses. 1 NIKKOR VR 10-30mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens CX-format standard 3x zoom lens with an f/3.5-5.6 maximum aperture range and a 1030mm focal length (35mm equivalent: 27-81mm). Compact (2.3 x 1.7" / 5.8 x 4.3 cm) thanks to a retractable lens barrel mechanism, and also lightweight (4.1 oz / 116 g), the lens has Vibration Reduction (VR) to combat the effects of camera shake. Its silent stepping AF motor (STM) is ideal for shooting video. The lens' angle of view ranges from 29.4° to 77°, and its minimum focus distance is 7.87" (20 cm). It has a 40.5mm filter diameter. The 10-30mm is a versatile lens for applications ranging from wide-angle landscapes to tight portrait shots. Three aspherical lens elements ensure high image quality, even at the widest aperture settings, by virtually eliminating coma and other types of lens aberration. The 10-30mm zoom range enables excellent capture of fine detail at any focal length.
