TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT • All investment rates are inclusive of VAT, food (AM snacks, lunch and PM snacks) and workshop materials. • Once the payment had been remitted, a scanned copy of the deposit slip together with participant’s name, company name and contact numbers must be sent via email or fax for validation of official receipt. Confirmation will be sent to participants once the deposit slips are received. • If VAT and Taxes will be withheld from the workshop fee, please submit the BIR Form 2306 Certificate of VAT Withheld and/ or BIR Form 2307 Certificate of Tax Withheld. • HURIS, INC. shall issue the Official Receipt on the first day of the workshop. • A no refund policy shall prevail. LEARNING MATERIALS AND CERTIFICATES • Participants who settled their registration fee at least ten (10) days before the day of the event will be guaranteed to have supplementary learning materials and a certificate of participation. CANCELLATIONS AND REPLACEMENTS • If a participant is unable to attend the workshop due to unavoidable circumstances, HURIS, INC. must be advised via e-mail or phone call before the event. • As there is a no refund policy, a substitute in lieu of the original registrant will be entertained provided that a notice as well as an accomplished registration form is sent to HURIS, INC. via e-mail or fax before the event. If the original registrant has already paid for the workshop fee, a copy of the deposit slip must be sent together with the replacement notice. CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOP • HURIS, INC. reserves the right to reschedule the workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met at least ten (10) days before the scheduled date. The workshop will then be rescheduled to the next convenient date. • Should there be a need to cancel the workshop due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of HURIS, INC. including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, or national emergency, HURIS INC. will inform participants of the situation at least one (1) day before the event. The workshop will then be rescheduled to the next convenient date. HURIS INC. will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants due to said “force majeure” events. SPECIAL PROVISIONS • Dietary requirements should be advised prior to the event proper. Failure to advise dietary requirements prior to the event shall mean that the participant is willing to pay for any addition costs incurred for food replacement.
