Flanked by the East and West Office building, the facility includes a covered Basecamp, unique, modern bungalow space, a mill and soundstages, all surrounding an elevated central courtyard with views of the Hollywood sign.

With the basecamp tucked beneath the bungalows, production will enter off of Virginia Avenue and have immediate access to the stages, additional loading, the mill, and production support space. Additionally, located at this level are both retail locations as well as the office lobbies. Visitors and employees will enter the subterranean garage from either Wilton Pl. or St. Andrews Pl. through a guarded and secured entry where they will be met by a valet attendant.

Spanning two full city blocks, ECHELON Studios Television Center provides a modern take on legacy studio lots. On the Northern block, the original art-deco façade will enclose a lively studio environment with a full array of onsite amenities. On the Southern block, a creative office building will sit among several soundstages, a mill, bungalows and a basecamp.
