Premiering in the Fall of 2026, ECHELON Studios Hollywood will be the first of the studio projects to be completed. Soundstage production facilities are integrated with workspace to deliver a full-service studio lot. The dynamic studio design showcases a series of elevated bungalows stacked above the base camp and has sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown Los Angeles.

ECHELON Studios Hollywood seamlessly integrates production and workspace uses into a modern studio lot. Flanked by the East and West Office building, the facility includes a covered Basecamp, unique, modern bungalow space, a mill and soundstages, all surrounding an elevated central courtyard with views of the Hollywood sign.

THE BLUEPRINT

With the basecamp tucked beneath the bungalows, production will enter off of Virginia Avenue and have immediate access to the stages, additional loading, the mill, and production support space. Additionally, located at this level are both retail locations as well as the office lobbies. Visitors and employees will enter the subterranean garage from either Wilton Pl. or St. Andrews Pl. through a guarded and secured entry where they will be met by a valet attendant.

THE COURTYARD

Elevated above the basecamp on the third level with views of the Hollywood sign, The Courtyard is thoughtfully designed to bring all of the pieces of the studio lot together. Incorporating large tree canopies, a water feature, custom wood benching and a private food and beverage amenity, The Courtyard will act as the heartbeat of the studio lot, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.

Premiering in the Winter 2028 in the heart of Hollywood, ECHELON Studios Television Center will reimagine the historic Television Center lot into a modern production facility. Seamlessly blending the historic with the new, the lot will feature a mixture of historic and new office, soundstages, a mill, basecamp, bungalows, a backlot and a variety of retail.

Spanning two full city blocks, ECHELON Studios Television Center provides a modern take on legacy studio lots. On the Northern block, the original art-deco façade will enclose a lively studio environment with a full array of onsite amenities. On the Southern block, a creative office building will sit among several soundstages, a mill, bungalows and a basecamp.

THE BLUEPRINT

With production activities concentrated on the south lot, production will enter off of either Cahuenga Boulevard or Cole Street and have immediate access to the stages, additional loading, the mill, and production support space. Visitors and employees will enter the North or South lot from either street through a guarded and secure entry where they will be met by a valet attendant.
