How do I submit my application?
Can I upload both video and PDF documents to my booth area and is there a limit?
• You may submit your online contract at www.echo-ca.org. Once submitted, a copy will be sent to you as well as to Echo. An invoice will then be generated and sent to you for payment. You may pay by check, online or over the phone by CC. What is the deadline for my booth to be uploaded/completed online? • We are asking for your virtual booth to be completed by September 10th. How many admissions do I get with my booth? • It depends on the booth level you have purchased. Please check the sponsorship outline. If I want more admissions can I purchase them? • Yes, you may purchase at a cost of $50.00 each. Please reach out to Echo for an invoice. Is it one Admission for both days? Yes Can I schedule shifts at my booth? Yes Can I have a prize giveaway at my booth? Yes, as many as you like. No set $ amount.
• You may upload both and there is a 10 each video/document limit

Make sure to take one of your prominent panels and ensure you highlight any sponsorship you may have purchased.

Have a prize giveaway at your booth. Drive people back again and again by giving them more points for what they do at your booth. (Chat, download, put their name in drawing, etc.)

Either on your booth or in your company description area – make sure to invite visitors to click on “chat” and begin a conversation.

All exhibitors will be registered as attendees as well so you will be able to navigate the expo. You are not required to have someone at your booth at all times, but it is suggested that you do.

Make sure to keep track of the deadlines. It is a lot to ask in just a few weeks’ time, but we appreciate your help and willingness to assist and make this first Echo virtual expo a resounding success.

What if I need help with my booth graphics? • Echo has secured two graphic design resources for you to consider. This is a courtesy on Echo’s part and all business and payments will be conducted with them directly. How will I be able to get online to create my booth.? • You will receive an invitation to log in and do so just as soon as your contract is confirmed. What if I have “credit” on file for cancelled 2020 events? •
Please reach out to Echo directly to determine the best avenues to redirect the same.
Will there be breaks throughout the day driving attendees to the exhibitor hall? • Yes, there will be breaks as well as Pop-up notifications, announcements during the courses, etc. to continuously let our attendees know you are there and ready.

Our exhibitors are used to giving away prizes and this year it is no different. There is no limit to the number of prizes you can give away and there is no price limit but ultimately; you will have to determine the winner and send them their prize. You will have to determine what your parameters will be to win. At the conclusion of the event, the system will break down the ???? and send you who visited, chatted, etc. You can use these statistics to determine your winner. Once you have decided what you want to give away and what the parameters are to win, then you will have to showcase this at your booth. You may do this in the following ways:

Create a short MP4 video using your phone and upload it in your video section. Use one of your content buttons to say Today’s Prize Giveaway and link it to the video. You can outline it in your booth description box. You can use one of your booth panels to showcase an invitation. i.e. Chat with us today and be entered to win a $500 Visa Card. Create a PDF document to upload showcasing the prize and parameters to win.
Scavenger Hunt The Scavenger Hunt is an Echo Event. If someone wishes to donate a $50 or more prize to be used in the scavenger hunt, an icon will be hid in their booth as part of the scavenger hunt game. The first 9 people to confirm their participation will be accepted. Once the prize is awarded, you will have to send the winner their prize. The winners of these prizes will not be announced until our wrap-up webinar on October 28. They will be used as incentives for attendees to be driven back to the event for the 28 days following the 2-day live event.
