RED WILLOWArts Coalition
The Red Willow Arts Coalition was formed in 2009 to promote the arts and provide entertainment events for the lakes area. The coalition offers “Concerts on the Courthouse Lawn” every Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Douglas County Courthouse, 305 Eighth Ave. W., Alexandria throughout the summer. The coalition is strictly made up of volunteers, and business sponsorships and free-will donations cover the performers’ fees, making all concerts free to the public.
