On January 7th and 8th the Escambia County Medical Society held a joint event in conjunction with the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County vaccinating 400 health care workers in 4 hours. We were thankful for the opportunity to extend this opportunity to health care workers who have direct patient care as well as physicians immediate family 65 years of age and older. Thank you to the National Guard as well as Florida State University College of Medicine Pensacola Regional Campus medical students: Cody Daum, Shalom Chege, and Mohsan Khan.
