Hector works tirelessly to be the voice and advocate on behalf of Texas chemical manufacturers and the companies that support our industry at a local, state, and national level. His leadership has been critical in building effective business and regulatory solutions that have benefited the industry for the past two decades. This award recognizes the impact Hector has had on industry and in turn the economic vitality of our region along with the improvements to safety, sustainability, and workforce initiatives.
