Suggested Itinerary: Day 1: Arrival to Lima Upon arrival, reception at the airport by our Aku representative and transfer to your hotel. Our representative will give you a documentation kit with detailed program explanation. Luggage and hotel registration assistance is offered. Overnight in Lima. Day 2: Culinary Tour – Lima by night and dinner show (B/L/D) In the morning, enjoy the Peruvian gastronomy in a special tour that will make you participate from the beginning and where you will have the opportunity to know and enjoy all our gastronomy. A different fishes and sea fruit demonstration. Try the local fruit and learn about tour typical vegetables. Masterly presentation of Ceviche at one of the best local seafood restaurant. Guided visit to a Pisco tavern and cellar. Learn how to prepare Pisco Sour and other Peruvian cocktails. You will have the chance to taste our famous national drink, the Pisco in different presentations. The lunch – buffet includes the best and most traditional dishes of our Peruvian cuisine.
Day 3: Cusco ‐ Sacred Valley of the Incas: Pisac Market and Ollantaytambo (B/L/D) At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, reception by our Aku representatives. We will drive towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas, taking the direct route to Pisac. We will stop on the way to have a classic view of the Urubamba valley, with crops dressing the mountains like carpets. We will arrive to the colorful market of Pisac, where we will have free time to interact with the local crafts‐ men, or to purchase their hand‐made souvenirs. We will continue to the town of Urubamba for a special buffet lunch. Finally, we will visit Ollantaytambo, attrac‐ tive town of Inca origin with remarkable channels and stone streets. In its high part one rises to an impressive ceremonial center of cult to the water and a for‐ tress that guarded the access to the inferior part of the valley. Cooking demon‐ stration and dinner. Overnight in the Sacred Valley.

Day 4: Machu Picchu (B/L/D) You will visit one of the most important energetic centers of the world: Machu Picchu. The excursion will be by train and during the trip we will have an amazing view of the landscapes of the Sacred Valley of Urubamba. Upon arrival to Aguas Cali‐ entes, our representatives will assist you to board the bus which will take you to the citadel. It will be an unforgettable experience, where a profes‐ sional tour guide will transmit us the history around this mysterious and charming place. After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the zone on your own, relax and meditate. Buffet lunch at the Machu Pic‐ chu Sanctuary Lodge of Orient Express. Overnight in Aguas Calientes. Day 5: Optional second visit to Machu Picchu (B//) You will have to visit for a second time the citadel of Machu Picchu. This time on your own. Day 6: Visit to Local Market City Tour, Sacsayhuaman and nearby Ruins (B/ L/D) In the morning, you will visit a local market where you will discover typical fruits and vegetables; and, the how you can use it in the typical gastronomy. Then, you will have lunch in one of the best restaurants. In the afternoon, we will visit the Imperial City, living example of the mixture of the Andean and Spanish cultures. We start our trip visiting the Santo Domingo Convent, built over the Koricancha, and ancient Inca palace and main worship cen‐ ter of the Sun God. Later, we will stop at the Main Square, where you can find the Cathedral and the beautiful Church of La Compañía. Going on with the tour, we will visit the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, imposing sample of military Inca architecture which domains the city. Finally, we will take a look at the archaeological sites of Qenko, Puca‐Pucara and Tambomachay, located north east of the city. After the tour, you will have a cooking demonstration and dinner in one of the best restaurants of the city. Overnight in Cusco. Day 7: Arequipa – City Tour (B/L/D) At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Arequipa. Upon arrival, reception by our representatives and transfer to the hotel. Special lunch in one of the best restaurants of the city. In the afternoon, visit the “White City” including the Santa Catalina Convent, beautiful citadel from the 16th century, in the style of Spanish cities of that time. The Main Square, with its three portals, the Iglesia de La Compañía de Jesus (Church of the Company of Jesus) which is a beautiful sample of the Peruvian and Spanish baroque art from the 17th century, along with the multi colorful paintings of the San Ignacio’s Dome, known as the Sistine Chapel of America. Continuing with the trip, we will see the typical districts of Cayma and Yanahuara, a nice overlook, and its church. Special dinner. Overnight in Arequipa.

Day 8: Colca Canyon (B/L/D) Departure through the town of Yura and the National Reserve of Salinas/Aguada Blanca and Pampa Cañahuas, where you can see many species of birds in their natural habitats, and also vicuñas and llamas. We will make a stop in Patahuasi to freshen up and enjoy a coca infusion, and later keep going to the town of Chivay. Depending on the schedule, you may have lunch in town or have a picnic enjoying the beautiful scenery from one of the natural viewing spots of the zone. In the afternoon, we highly recommend you to visit La Calera and enjoy an invigorating bath in the hot spring waters or just to spend a delightful afternoon in the lodge. Dinner and overnight in local lodge. Day 9: Condor Cross – Return to Arequipa (B/L/) Very early, we will start the trip to Cruz del Condor (Condor Cross), which will allow us to enjoy a spectacular view of one of the deepest canyons in the world, and with luck, have a chance to take pictures of the biggest and most impressive flying bird in the Andes, the majestic Condor. Depending on the schedule, we could make a stop in the town of Pinchollo, the only pre‐Inca town still inhabited, and the Maca town, with its beautiful craft market and colonial church. We will have lunch in Chivay and later we will return to Arequipa. Dinner and overnight in Arequipa. Day 10: Return to Lima (B//) At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Lima. Upon arrival, assistance and connection with your international departure flight.
