Most of the Chinese have not been to clubs or bars before, but there are some mustgo places for them for great a night out in China.
ws the night comes, when most the British people only have two choices, either stay at home or go clubbing, the exciting Chinese night life just begins. Most of the restaurants, cafes, traffics and shopping centres open to into the night, some of them even open 24/7. Among the busy city life, there are some must-go places for Chinese that you may have never heard. Unlike a famous monument, street bars are not on your tour map, yet they are the places that feature Chinese local culture at its best. These street bars do not have live popular music, or serve double vodka and cokes for £2 by the barrel full, or require you to dress up nicely, because all they sell are genuine local food and cheap beers. Every late evening when most of the Chinese people finish their social activities after work, like karaoke or cinema, they often visit another place meal for a meal with their friends. The amount of the food, which is called as snack in Chinese word, could be surprisingly huge. Normally, each of person would order grilled meat like chicken legs with a vegetable side like sweet corn on the cob, as well as stir fried noodles and a big bowl of congee. Amanda Johnson, 27, a British expat in China, says, “Chinese people are not as good at drinking as the British guys, but as for eating, no one can compete with them. I currently live at my school and there are lots of street bars near my dormitory, every night you can see those bars are filled with people. We normally sit in a round table and share food with each other. A lot of young people would stay there too and hang out for couple hours, sometimes they even may stay up to the early morning. I like these street bars as more of a place to socialise rather than just to eat food, but the food is really really good too.az My favourite is the grilled veggies.”

The local culture is reflected not only in going to street bars for night-outs, but also, the various food cultures, as different provinces of China may have completely different flavours of street food.
