NIGHT OWL RECORDS
first floor construction plan
Located in the heart of New Orleans, this skybox represents the era of Jazz with hints of an Art Deco style. Distinct angles are used with accents of chrome and metal throughout. Many interesting columns and ceiling designs provide a sense of movement and scale in the skybox. The colors are muted with bright accents of color appearing sporadically, similar to the flowing irregularity of jazz music. Sustainable finishes are used throughout, from the bamboo flooring, to cradle to cradle wall coverings, to environmentally conscious fixtures.

MOSS 3rd Year Restaurant Project drawn in Revit Architecture hand rendered with marker
Moss is an Asian restaurant located in the heart of San Francisco. Its design is based on the art of the garden, an extremely important aspect of Japanese culture. Moss emulates a Japanese garden at night, with low lighting combined with dramatic accents. A water feature, stone, and the use of wood and cork help to create a personal, relaxed, and intimate setting distinctive in the art of dining in Asian cultures.

MULTIGENERATIONAL OFFICE 3rd Year Project drawn in AutoCAD hand rendered with markers
This advertising agency combines function and aesthetics to accommodate several generations; thereby increasing worker satisfaction and productivity. The president of the company from the Silent Generation has the traditional security of a private office, while the transformable semiprivate offices give the Baby Boomers a space of their own but the ability to easily congregate and work as a team. Generation X and the Millenials will find the easily moveable open office system suits their technological needs while providing many opportunities for new configurations. Warm wall finishes and wood combines with cool, metallic steels to create a traditional yet modern workspace.
