By reading this document you have taken the first step to become the MCP of AIESEC in Togo for 17-18. It is just 6 months that I decided to stand for this position without know the direction but only thing I was sure was my passion to change Togolese young people life, Being MCP was the best decision have ever took, Being MCP of AIESEC in Togo brought me a lot, It has been challenging, fun with beautiful team moments and celebration of small success that we have had so far, but also acknowledging the failure that happened, and It is only been 5 month of our term; I am looking forward to the next 8 months of my term ; because I know this term has made me a better person. But what I ‘am looking forward to the most is living 7 month of out of those 8 months together with you, my dear future successor, and giving you everything that I know and what I’ have learned during my term , to help you become a better MCP as well. AIESEC in Togo is growing since 2 year and as you can see our exchange result we have the greatest relevant growth in OGT a program that can find solution for our youth. You have to be fearless, forward thinking, and you have to know our roots at the same time. You have to be able to challenge the status quo, at the right time, at the right place. We all know and wish the continuity of AIESEC in Togo. The time is NOW. The person is YOU. Dare to lead this great generation.

Togo is a country located in the west region of African and is known for its palm lined and hilltops villages. Bordered by Ghana on the west, Benin on the east and Burkina Faso on the north, Togo extends south to the Gulf of Guinea, where its capital Lomé is located. Togo gained its independence from France in 1960. All applicants to MCP position are supposed to respect all those criteria: Have at least 2 years of active AIESEC XP Be current or past LA, NST, LCEB or MCEB member Have been delegate or facilitator of an international conference (IPM, IC, AFROX LDS,WACS, etc...) Have at least a 2 year university degree Ready to end one full year term from 1st of July 2016 to 30th June 2017

Please inform the current MCP Edem HLONU, by the 17th November latest about your intention to apply so MCP elections could be planed properly and in Time. The application package must include : 1 - Application form 2 -Valide Passport scan 3 -CV (Give us all important information we need to know about you from your AIESEC Career and outside of it that you have had, your contact details and references)
6-Biography one page maximum (Create your own biography that speaks about your personal life and share with us.) 5 -Executive summary ( Resume your whole application terms of why are you applying, vision, strategies and results to be achieved ) 6 - 3 Endorsements letters 1- form AIESEC in Togo format MCP, 2- From the last person that you led directly 3- form an Alumni 7 - 3 minutes video showing who you are, what do you stand for in the life and not MCP strategies or plan for the following year please upload the video on YouTube and attach the link inside your application form 8- Personal statement Application designed however you want 15 page is the limit including cover page
